Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Bradley Kane (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Alexander Shlemenko (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Bradley Kane! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Alexander Shlemenko! The judges for this bout are Wesley Smith, Tiny Johnson and Daniel Franklin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kane keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. Shlemenko fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Kane, pushing him back against the cage. Kane gets double underhooks and manages to take the fight to the ground. Kane engaging in some classic timewasting tactics. Shlemenko is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Shlemenko lands a beautiful sweep and he's now moved into his opponent's guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Kane being controlled here, momentarily. Kane utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Shlemenko trying to control but Kane is working from the bottom. Kane looking to control.
Kane could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Shlemenko shoots in and drives through. Kane sprawls well. Alexander Shlemenko seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Shlemenko misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. Bradley Kane has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Alexander Shlemenko. Nice takedown defense from Kane. No joy for Shlemenko on that attempt.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Kane stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Kane wants it to stay on the feet. Kane doesn't manage to clinch there - Shlemenko circles away.
Shlemenko fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done. Kane will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Shlemenko moves to clinch but Kane breaks away and Kane counters with a left and a right that stings Shlemenko. Shlemenko moves into range and clinches up with Kane. Shlemenko is working on a leg, looking for a takedown but Kane is defending well. Kane jumps into guard, dragging Shlemenko to the mat.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Kane has scooted to the edge of the canvas and used the cage to get back to his feet. Shlemenko has stuck on his opponent and is forcing him back against the cage. Kane decides to pull guard. Shlemenko wanted to stand there but Kane had control of the position.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Shlemenko engaging in some classic timewasting tactics. Kane might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Kane pushes Shlemenko off and scrambles back to his feet.
Kane tries to clinch but Shlemenko moves away and Shlemenko makes the exchange count by landing a cracking kick to the body. Kane really felt that one! Kane stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Kane wants it to stay on the feet. Kane stuffs a takedown. He's pushed Shlemenko's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Shlemenko tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Kane paws at him with a jab and circles away.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Shlemenko tries to clinch but Kane moves out of range. Shlemenko misses with a takedown attempt - Kane sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. Kane lands a slapping body shot.

Kane is trying to pull guard but Shlemenko has him pressed against the cage. A head punch on the inside from Kane fails to land. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Kane manages to pull guard.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Shlemenko stops Kane from standing up. Shlemenko slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Alexander Shlemenko will probably get the nod. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!
Horrible takedown attempt by Shlemenko or perhaps it was just good defense by Kane, which made it look bad. Shlemenko moves in looking to clinch but Kane pushes him off. Shlemenko throws a nice looking combination but Kane bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Shlemenko moves into the clinch successfully.
Shlemenko breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

That's one minute gone in the round. Shlemenko is trying to pull guard but Kane has him pressed against the cage. Kane is trying to break the clinch but Shlemenko is controlling him. Kane wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Shlemenko has him pressed against the cage. Shlemenko escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Kane throws a right and a left that Shlemenko avoids nicely. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Shlemenko. Bradley Kane has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Alexander Shlemenko. The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Shlemenko tries to clinch up but Kane circles away and keeps his distance. Kane scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Shlemenko doesn't seem bothered though. Shlemenko tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Kane swivels and escapes. Kane fails with an attempt to clinch.

Kane takes the fight into the clinch. Both fighters working to control the clinch. Shlemenko tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Kane smiles and moves away.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Kane tries to clinch but Shlemenko is having none of it. Kane darts in looking for a takedown but Shlemenko gets double underhooks and turns Kane into the cage. Kane scores with a shot to the side of Shlemenko's head. Kane tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage. Kane has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Shlemenko uses from the top position. Kane looking for a sweep. Not yet Kane, not yet. Shlemenko decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Kane has closed the distance and engaged Shlemenko in a clinch.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Shlemenko tries to pull guard but Kane forces him back to his feet, against the cage. Shlemenko's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Shlemenko is trying hard to land a takedown here. Kane sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet. Kane leaves Shlemenko with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. Kane closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage. Shlemenko's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Shlemenko shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Kane sprawls well. Kane wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Shlemenko gets slowly back to his feet. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Shlemenko has taken the fight to the clinch.

That was a close second round but I would say that Bradley Kane will probably get the nod. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! Let's hear some noise people - this is the final round!
Kane moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body. Shlemenko tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Kane defends well and Shlemenko ends up having to push Kane into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch. Shlemenko pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Kane slaps away a takedown attempt from Shlemenko, before circling back to the center of the mat. Bradley Kane is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Nice takedown defense from Kane. No joy for Shlemenko on that attempt. Bradley Kane has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Alexander Shlemenko. Shlemenko slaps away a takedown attempt from Kane, before circling back to the center of the mat. Shlemenko doesn't succeed with the takedown and Kane counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work. Kane tries to clinch but Shlemenko is having none of it. Shlemenko stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Shlemenko wants it to stay on the feet. Shlemenko takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.

Kane shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Shlemenko eats them both and turns towards Kane to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo. Kane misses with a two punch combination.
Shlemenko tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Kane swivels and escapes. Shlemenko looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Kane lands a two punch combo.
Shlemenko misses the shot to the body. Kane misses with a double jab.

Kane closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Shlemenko's guard. Shlemenko is trying to keep Kane in close.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Shlemenko working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Kane. Kane missing there with some ground and pound from the guard. Kane looking to control the position here, rather than advance.
The ref stands the fighters back up because Bradley Kane just wasn't active enough. Shlemenko pushes Kane up against the cage in a clinch.
And that's the end of the fight! Bradley Kane showed his dominance in that final round. Well Kane has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
