Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jake Belcher (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kurko Tyrma (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the light heavyweight championship of the world!
Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 10 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Jake Belcher!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 10 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Kurko Tyrma!
The judges for this bout are Micheangelo Fripello, Jeff Smith and Josh West.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Belcher slips under a jab from Tyrma.
Tyrma loads up on a big right hand but Belcher slips the punch.
Belcher tries to score a power double leg takedown but Tyrma sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Belcher somewhat.
Belcher changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Tyrma tries to avoid it but Belcher manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Tyrma to the ground. Tyrma escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Tyrma scores with a jab to the jaw.

Belcher throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Tyrma was covering up waiting for the punch and Belcher finishes the takedown easily into guard.
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.
Tyrma tries to land a sweep but no joy.
Belcher with a flurry of punches that miss.
Belcher throws an elbow that misses. Tyrma uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Belcher's guard. Nice move by Tyrma!
