Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Bradley Franco (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jesse Delgado (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 2 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Bradley Franco!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Jesse Delgado !
The judges for this bout are Daniel Bishop, James Atkins and Richard Clark.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Franco is looking to clinch but Delgado is avoiding it.
Franco just misses with a punch to the body.
Delgado dips to his left and cracks Franco with an uppercut!

Franco scores with a takedown into Delgado 's guard.
We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.

Delgado is scooting his butt against the ropes and has managed to get back to his feet. Franco presses him back against the ropes, presumably looking to take the fight back to the mat.
Delgado swings away with an uppercut that misses.
Delgado is trying to slow down the pace in the clinch, to catch his breath.
Delgado stops a takedown attempt from Franco.

Franco has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Delgado uses from the top position.
Franco tries to land a sweep but no joy.
Franco might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Delgado is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Delgado is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

That's one minute gone in the round.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.
Franco utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
Franco is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.

The ref calls for a clean break and stands the fighters back up. Jesse Delgado wasn't active enough on the ground.
Delgado circles away from the clinch attempt
and Delgado cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Franco shoots in looking for a takedown. Delgado tries to sprawl out of it but Franco keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the ropes. Delgado manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Franco takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.
Delgado looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Franco misses with a body shot.
Nice sprawl there from Delgado as Franco shoots in.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Bradley Franco. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Franco tries to clinch up but Delgado circles away and keeps his distance.

Delgado fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Franco to the ground. Delgado is now in Franco's guard.

Franco is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
Franco is breathing heavily.
Delgado stops Franco from standing up.
Delgado won't allow Franco to sweep him here.

Franco is looking to cinch up a triangle. Delgado throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to Franco's body to avoid the submission. Franco has instead reached around Delgado 's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Franco arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:56 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Guillotine). Bradley Franco!
