Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Ban Edsel (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sam Tinnker (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Edsel's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, No Sunshine. I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Ban Edsel! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Sam Tinnker! The judges for this bout are Jonathan Paton, John Roberts and Dean Styles.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Tinnker feints and as Edsel raises his hands in defense, Tinnker changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard. The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up. Edsel doesn't do any damage with a couple of strikes from the bottom.

Tinnker trying to control the position from guard on top but Edsel is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Edsel is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. Tinnker is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control. Tinnker stopping the sweep attempt from Edsel. Edsel is trying to keep Tinnker in close.

That's one minute gone in the round.
The ref stands the fighters back up. Sam Tinnker was stalling too much, according to the referee. Tinnker bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control. Tinnker wants to lay and pray for a moment but Edsel keeps working. Edsel tries to strike but it doesn't land. Edsel tries to buck Tinnker off but Tinnker is having none of it. Tinnker decides to stand back up. Tinnker steps back and let's Edsel get back to his feet. A telegraphed takedown attempt from Edsel is defended easily by Tinnker. Tinnker gets a double leg takedown into Edsel's guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Tinnker stopping the sweep attempt from Edsel. Edsel is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Tinnker trying to control but Edsel is working from the bottom. Tinnker advances position into side control! Tinnker content to control the pace. The referee will try and keep them active though. Edsel is positioning himself to get back to half guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. A lull in the action here. Tinnker landing strikes. Tinnker wants to control but Edsel is keeping him busy. Edsel tries to improve position but can't. Tinnker is looking to take a break and control but Edsel is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Tinnker controlling the position.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Edsel is not content to let Tinnker control the position.
Sam Tinnker has forced the referee to step in and restart the fight on the feet. Tinnker pushes Edsel up against the cage in a clinch. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Edsel is trying to pull guard but Tinnker has him pressed against the cage. Tinnker has double underhooks and is working for a body lock takedown. He's got it. The fighters land in half guard but Edsel regains guard immediately. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Sam Tinnker dominated that round. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Edsel manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Tinnker on his heels. He'll look to pass Tinnker's guard now, I'm sure. Edsel keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Tinnker's head. Edsel distracts Tinnker with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm. Sam Tinnker has got the better of the ground game so far. Edsel stops Tinnker from standing up. Edsel lands a couple of digs. Tinnker wants to get back to his feet but Edsel is in a dominant position and won't allow it. Edsel tries to free his leg and advance position but Tinnker is retaining full guard. Tinnker is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Edsel is controlling him. Both fighters really going for it on the ground here! Edsel working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. Edsel postures up in Tinnker's guard and throws a big left but Tinnker blocks it. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Tinnker is looking to stand up but Edsel isn't so interested in that idea.

Tinnker wants to get back to his feet but Edsel is in a dominant position and won't allow it. Tinnker is breathing heavily. Edsel trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up. Edsel wants to control from the top but Tinnker keeps moving.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground. Edsel tries to sprawl but Tinnker drives through with a takedown into half guard. Tinnker trying to control the pace. Edsel trying to control but Tinnker postures up.
Edsel is looking to improve his position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Tinnker is thwarting Edsel's attempts to control the position. Edsel tries to strike from the bottom but it doesn't land. Edsel pushes Tinnker off but Tinnker dives into side control.
Edsel is trying to work for a sweep but Tinnker has mounted him! Tinnker with shots to the head and body - Edsel looks very uncomfortable down there. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Tinnker controlling from the full mount. Tinnker avoids the attempt from Edsel to control. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Tinnker lands with some strikes. Edsel sneaks a leg under to get to half guard. Tinnker prevents Edsel from standing back up.
Tinnker uses his free foot to push down on Edsel's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Edsel. Tinnker trying to control but he's not successful this time. Tinnker lands a nice shot to the head. Tinnker looking to control but Edsel is working nicely, looking to advance position himself.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Edsel is just holding on here. Tinnker manages to take his back.
Tinnker is working for the choke. It looks like he might have got it... has he...? Yes! Edsel is tapping out! This one is all over!
