Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Tataki Mizuto (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Soren Monkongtong (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Mizuto comes to the cage accompanied by The Beginning- One Ok Rock. Buckle up people - heeeeeeeeeere we go!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
9 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Tataki Mizuto! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
4 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Soren Monkongtong! The judges for this bout are Ren Mimura, Taro Takaoka and Shigeki Sano.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Monkongtong rushes Mizuto and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch. Monkongtong lands a hook that snaps the head of Mizuto backwards. Monkongtong avoiding damage.
Monkongtong lands a right hand.
It looks like Tataki Mizuto has been cut. Monkongtong lands with a short head shot on the inside. Mizuto really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Monkongtong using the Thai clinch to land knees to the body.
The fighters are pressed against the cage, as the pace of the fight slows. Mizuto definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight. Monkongtong misses with a knee strike.
That's one minute gone in the round. A short right hand to the side of the head by Monkongtong. Mizuto goes for a takedown attempt but Monkongtong pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Mizuto loads up on a big right hand but Monkongtong slips the punch. Monkongtong has taken the fight to the clinch.
Monkongtong manages to get underhooks and slows down the pace for a moment.

That's two minutes gone in the round. A nice glancing elbow lands by Monkongtong. Mizuto turns his hips and lands a very nice judo throw into side control! Mizuto connects with a decent looking elbow from side control that caused Monkongtong some visible discomfort.
Mizuto scores with a couple of short elbows. Mizuto in side control lands a decent elbow. This has been an exciting period of action! Mizuto working away. Monkongtong tries to buck Mizuto off but Mizuto is having none of it. Monkongtong is trying to escape the position but Mizuto is controlling the position. Monkongtong is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Mizuto is controlling him well. Mizuto working the body and head with strikes. Mizuto scores with a couple of nice shots to the head there. The referee takes a look at Monkongtong to see if he's OK. Monkongtong wants to control but Mizuto postures up. Mizuto takes a little break here. Monkongtong wants to take advantage but he is being controlled well. Mizuto is working to tighten his grip on Monkongtong's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Monkongtong has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Mizuto is really squeezing tight and eventually Monkongtong passes out! Mizuto breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Arm Triangle). Tataki Mizuto! After winning the bout, Tataki Mizuto thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
