The judges for this bout are William Gold, Sam Margolis and Phil Schofield.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kerr steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Lightning.
Lightning throws a leg kick
and Kerr counters into the clinch. Nicely done.
Lightning's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not.
Lightning wants to break the clinch but can't.
Kerr breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Kerr on the wrong end of a nice jab.
It looks like Greg Kerr has been cut.
Lightning swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Lightning misses with a low kick.
Kerr looks up at the clock. Bad move! Lightning lands a right hand from hell, dropping Kerr. Lightning pounces and finishes the fight with a flurry of punches and elbows.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:59 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Morgan Lightning!
