Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Rafael Suez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Diego Nunes (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Diego Nunes struggled to make weight for this fight. He only made it down to 146.1lbs at the first attempt and had to take the additional two hours to make the official bout weight. Let's see how much it's taken out of him. Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Suez manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Nunes on his heels. He'll look to pass Nunes's guard now, I'm sure.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.

Nunes throws a lazy right hand but Suez sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.

Suez closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Nunes's guard.
Nunes is looking to stand up but Suez isn't so interested in that idea.

Suez fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Nunes looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.

Suez feints and then cracks Nunes's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Nunes down.
