Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Jewell Beach (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ruslan Eremeev (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ruslan Eremeev will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Jewell Beach! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Ruslan Eremeev! The judges for this bout are Ivan Kurochkin, Viktor Lagutenko and Aleksei Zolotukhin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Eremeev shoots in for a takedown and gets it. We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake. The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet. Beach has managed to escape just enough to sneak back to his feet but Eremeev is on him like a limpet, forcing Beach back against the cage. Beach stalling in the clinch.

Beach breaks from the clinch.
Eremeev bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control. Beach tries to escape but Eremeev is in control. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Beach tries to bench press Eremeev off him but Eremeev keeps the position.
That's one minute gone in the round. Eremeev creates a bit of distance and throws down some hard shots. Beach throws his opponent off and manages to get back to his feet! Nicely done! Eremeev scores with a three punch combo!
It looks like Jewell Beach has been cut. Beach misses with a right hand and Eremeev counters with a two punch combo. Eremeev drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Beach explodes and escapes back to his feet! Nice escape there! Eremeev clinches with his opponent.
Eremeev turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Eremeev manages to end up in side control. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Beach is not content to let Eremeev control the position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Beach manages to get back to half guard. Eremeev seems to have lost interest with the ground game and is thinking about standing back up.
Beach pushes Eremeev off and gets back to his feet. Beach tries to sprawl but Eremeev drives through with a takedown into half guard. Beach tries to roll over but Eremeev keeps him under control. Eremeev seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Beach does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back. Beach pushes Eremeev off and gets back to his feet.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Beach moves into the clinch successfully.
Beach looking to throw knees to the head but Eremeev is blocking nicely.
Eremeev tries to break free but Beach pushes him back against the cage. Eremeev lands on the inside with an uppercut. Eremeev pulls guard effortlessly. Beach throwing strikes but missing. Beach might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Eremeev wants to hit a switch here but Beach passes into full mount! Oh no, disaster for Eremeev there! Eremeev tries to improve his position but instead Beach has taken his back!
That's four minutes gone in the round. Beach is hanging on to Eremeev's back as he tries to escape.
Beach could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. Beach looking for the RNC. Eremeev grimaces as he takes a shot to the body. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Beach keeps control of the position as Eremeev tries to break free.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Beach really has the hooks in deep now - there seems like no escape for Eremeev. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Ruslan Eremeev will probably get the nod. The cut man is working on Jewell Beach's cut. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Eremeev decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard. Beach manages to escape and get back to his feet! Eremeev moves into the clinch. Eremeev gets through Beach's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head. Eremeev jumps guard and drags Beach to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back. Eremeev controls Beach momentarily but Beach frees himself. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Beach accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Beach loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
That's one minute gone in the round. Beach postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Eremeev looking to control.
Beach throws a big right hand that misses. Eremeev is looking to stand up but Beach isn't so interested in that idea. Beach drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Beach jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. Beach postures up in Eremeev's guard and throws a big left but Eremeev blocks it. Ruslan Eremeev has got the better of the ground game so far.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Eremeev wants to stand up but Beach is controlling him. Eremeev utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. Beach throws a big right hand that misses. Beach lands a couple of digs. Beach trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Beach decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Eremeev, up you get! Excellent takedown into side control there by Eremeev. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Beach manages to get one leg in to regain half guard. Eremeev is breathing heavily.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Eremeev is working for a kimura but Beach is defending it quite comfortably.
Beach kicks Eremeev off and gets back to his feet. Eremeev fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Beach, pushing him back against the cage. Beach manages to get underhooks and slows down the pace for a moment.
Eremeev has dropped down and is working for a takedown. Beach is trying to keep an underhook but Eremeev manages to get the takedown into half guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Beach is pressing down on Eremeev's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it. Eremeev wants to control from the top but Beach keeps moving. Beach is edging up against the cage. He's using the cage to get back to his feet. Nice work there - the fighters are clinched. Eremeev blocking some punches.
Beach is fighting off a takedown attempt but Eremeev is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Beach to the mat. Beach regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Beach has butterfly guard. He's looking to stand up here. He pushes Eremeev off him and springs to his feet nicely. The crowd applauds. Eremeev throws a right and a left that both miss. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Eremeev looks to land a combination but Beach avoids it well. Eremeev uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Beach. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close second round but Ruslan Eremeev will probably get the nod - 10:9. The cut man is working on Jewell Beach's cut. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! The crowd applaud as we get ready to start the final round!
Beach tries to close the distance and clinch but Eremeev swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Beach tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Beach misses with a double jab.
Ruslan Eremeev seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Beach falls off balance throwing a combination
and Eremeev counters with a leg kick that reverborates around the arena. Beach has not gone for a single takedown so far in this fight, which seems like a very strange tactic when you consider that he has the superior wrestling and BJJ. Eremeev instigates a clinch. Eremeev takes an elbow to the temple. Eremeev has double underhooks and is working for a body lock takedown. He's got it. The fighters land in half guard but Beach regains guard immediately. Eremeev trying to control but Beach is working from the bottom. Beach scrambles and gets back to his feet.
That's one minute gone in the round. Beach missing with a left hand there. Eremeev was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one. Beach throws a hook to the side of Eremeev's head but Eremeev sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. Beach instigates a clinch. Eremeev avoiding damage.
Beach has Eremeev pushed against the cage. Eremeev prevents a body shot from Beach. Beach lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage. Beach breaks the clinch.
Eremeev shoots in for a takedown and gets it.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Eremeev keeping composed on the top, looking to control the action. Eremeev wants to stand but Beach has hold of a leg and an arm, so he's trapped for now. Eremeev takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Beach avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Eremeev. Beach has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Beach manages to escape and get back to his feet! This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Eremeev throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd. Jewell Beach is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Beach has managed to clinch.
Eremeev wants the takedown. Beach is fighting it off but Eremeev persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Beach's guard against the cage.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Beach is scooting his butt against the cage and has managed to get back to his feet. Eremeev presses him back against the cage, presumably looking to take the fight back to the mat. Eremeev gets the body lock takedown. After a quick scramble, Beach regains guard.

Let's see if he can advance position further. Beach kicks off Eremeev and gets to his feet. Beach throws a series of punches but Eremeev avoids them all with ease. Beach swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target. Beach clinches with his opponent.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Eremeev trying to land knees to the body.
Eremeev ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Eremeev no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard. Beach throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent.
And that's the end of the fight! I would just about give that final round to Ruslan Eremeev. I've got Eremeev winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
