Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Herb Dean (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Zbigniew Zielinski (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Herb Dean has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

9 - 9 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Herb Dean!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Zbigniew Zielinski!
The judges for this bout are Bruno Lombardi, Alyssa Summers and Lou da Vinci.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Zielinski shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Dean's guard.
Dean looking to control.
Zielinski drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Zielinski jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Dean escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Zielinski gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Zielinski scores with a decent looking elbow strike.
Dean had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Zielinski defends it easily.
Zielinski's corner is telling him to maintain position.
Dean wants to control the position but Zielinski says "no thanks buddy" and passes to half guard.
Zielinski looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Well, if Zielinski is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.

Zielinski is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Dean defends it well.
Zielinski looks to score some points with some ground and pound.

Zielinski is working for a submission here. He's got hold of the far side arm and he's looking for a kimura. He's cranking on the arm and he's got it! Dean is tapping out! Ouch, that looked like it hurt!
