Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Jorge Sutton (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tony Turbio (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Jorge Sutton!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Tony Turbio!
The judges for this bout are Emerson Jorge, Paulo Santos and Alexandre Firmino.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Sutton, as that shot connected.

Sutton clinches up with Turbio and pushes him back against the cage.
Sutton is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Turbio to keep the fight standing.

Turbio jumps guard and drags Sutton to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.
Sutton stays in close to Turbio's body and controls the position.
Turbio looking to sweep here. No luck so far.

Turbio escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Sutton gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Sutton is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.

That's one minute gone in the round.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Jorge Sutton.
Sutton tries for a takedown but Turbio sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.

Sutton takes the fight into the clinch.
Turbio is trying to pull guard but Sutton turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch.

Turbio pulls guard.
Sutton trying to control the position from guard on top but Turbio is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Sutton would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.

Sutton slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.
Turbio is pulling down on Sutton's head to control his posture.

We're going to have a standup here because Jorge Sutton wasn't active enough for the referee's liking.
No luck for Sutton with that takedown attempt.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Jorge Sutton. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Turbio pulls guard successfully.
Turbio manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Sutton manages to get himself to full guard.

Turbio is looking to pass into half guard but Sutton pushes him away with his feet and jumps on top - now Sutton is in guard.
Sutton is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.

The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Turbio pulls guard effortlessly.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Sutton seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

A close round but Tony Turbio will probably get the nod.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.

Turbio is trying to control the position but Sutton postures up.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Turbio manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Sutton manages to get himself to full guard.
Sutton knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Turbio on the ground.

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Turbio trying to control but Sutton is working from the bottom.

Turbio slips nicely into half guard.
Turbio wants to pass to mount but Sutton is defending the position.

Sutton is looking for a sweep. Turbio is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
Turbio is looking to pass the guard... He's managed it - he's now in full mount!
Sutton really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Turbio wants to take Sutton's back but he can't do it this time.
Turbio wants to control the pace but Sutton is squirming around nicely.
Turbio fails to take his opponent's back.
Turbio mounts Sutton! Really nice guard pass there!

Turbio is working for a guillotine from mount but Sutton frees his head quite easily.
Turbio pushing the pace here, looking to move to his opponents back and work for a finish.
Sutton tries to get back to half guard but can't.
Turbio is dominating on the ground here - he's now on his opponent's back, looking to sink in the hooks. Sutton is in real trouble.
I would not like to be Sutton right now.
Well, with Turbio on his back, surely it's only a matter of time before Sutton is tapping out... Can he escape the position?

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Turbio wants to control the position but Sutton frees himself and scrambles - Turbio manages to regain control in side control.
Turbio tries to advance to mount but Sutton denies him.
Turbio working away.
Turbio tries to cartwheel into mount but he doesn't manage it.
Turbio wants to control but Sutton is keeping him busy.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Tony Turbio showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. The crowd applaud as we get ready to start the final round!

Sutton will have to put a bit more behind his punches if he's going to do any damage from this position.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.

Turbio is moving around in side control but his primary objective seems to be to maintain the position.

Turbio passes to full mount! That's big trouble for Sutton!

Sutton is controlling an arm, preventing Turbio from taking his back. Although keeping him in mount is no better to be honest.
Sutton tries to hold on but Turbio postures up.
Sutton is trying to escape the mount.
Turbio trying to control but he's not successful this time.
Turbio takes his opponent's back. Perhaps a chance to lock up a rear naked choke here.
Jorge Sutton has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Tony Turbio comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I've got Turbio winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
