Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Jae Wong (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Paul Gasny (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Paul Gasny!
The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, Frank Dennis and Alan Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wong gets caught napping as Gasny dives in and scores a takedown. Wong manages to retain guard.
Wong pulls Gasny in close to prevent any damage.
Wong looking for a guillotine here but Gasny defends easily.
Wong knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Gasny on the ground.
Gasny working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Wong seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now.
Wong really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

We're going to have a standup here because Jae Wong wasn't active enough for the referee's liking.
Gasny looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into side control! Oh, that's bad for Wong!

Gasny tries to get to his feet but he's trapped momentarily.
Gasny is looking to take a break and control but Wong is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

Gasny is working to tighten his grip on Wong's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Wong has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Gasny is really squeezing tight and eventually Wong passes out! Gasny breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!
