Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Brad Adams! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Chris Allan! The judges for this bout are Steven Brown, William Gold and Andrew Berry.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Allan misses with a hook
enabling Adams to counter with a crisp jab. Allan feints and as Adams raises his hands in defense, Allan changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard. We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup. Allan has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Adams is proving hard to escape from. Adams will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Adams pushes a forearm under Allan's chin to create some space. He's escaped his hips and pivoted quickly for an armbar! Can he extend the arm? Yes, Allan is tapping out! Damn, that was fast!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:34 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Armbar). Brad Adams!
