Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Jonny Perry !
The judges for this bout are Damien Edna, Francis DeMontford and Chris Dean.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sappy tries to score with a leg kick but it misses it's target.
Perry keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Perry darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
Perry is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Sappy doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Perry .
Perry is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.
Perry is working for a kimura but Sappy is defending it quite comfortably.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Sappy is looking for a sweep. Perry is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Sappy is trying to control but can't.
Perry is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen.

Perry is controlling the pace.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Perry swats away the attempt to clinch by Sappy.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Sappy gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
so Perry counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.
Perry drops back looking for a leg! Sappy is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Sappy manages to kick Perry off! Perry jumps back into Sappy's guard.
Sappy looking to hit a scissor sweep but Perry is one step ahead there.
Sappy on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Sappy tries to get out of the position.
Perry drops back looking for a leg! Sappy is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Sappy manages to kick Perry off! Perry jumps back into Sappy's guard.
Perry stays in close to Sappy's body and controls the position.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Perry is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Sappy not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Sappy has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Perry can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
Perry is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.
Perry thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
Perry drops back for a leg here. A bit of a high risk move... He's looking for a kneebar by the looks of things. Now both of them are looking for submissions. Perry seems to have locked his on tight now - Sappy screams in pain and taps out furiously! It certainly was a high risk move but it's paid off for Perry , as he picks up the win!
