Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Meyer Lansky (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Huey Sloan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lansky comes to the ring accompanied by Stranglehold - Ted Nugent. Sloan has chosen Baby, Don't Get Hooked On Me as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the ring.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Meyer Lansky!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Huey Sloan!
The judges for this bout are Summer Carpenter, Winston Howard and Ben Hemmingworth.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lansky shoots for a takedown but Sloan saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Lansky tries to land a front kick but Sloan steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.

Sloan gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Lansky is working on a leg, looking for a takedown but Sloan is defending well.

Huey Sloan dominated that round.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.



Lansky gets the takedown into side control.
Sloan is not content to let Lansky control the position.
Sloan is looking for a sweep.
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.
Lansky is looking to take a break and control but Sloan is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Lansky moves into full mount!
The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.

Lansky jumps to the side looking to secure the arm triangle…. Ooooh, that looks tight… Sloan is gargling but he's managed to escape! Nice work there by Sloan and Lansky has given up the dominant position trying to land that submission.
Lansky wants to lay and pray for a moment but Sloan keeps working.

Sloan wants to get back to his feet but Lansky drags him back down.
Sloan tries to improve position but can't.
A lull in the action here as Lansky stalls from top position.
Lansky seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Sloan for as long as he can get away with.

Sloan is trying to get back to his feet.
Sloan is breathing heavily.

Lansky is working to tighten his grip on Sloan's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Sloan has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Lansky is really squeezing tight and eventually Sloan passes out! Lansky breaks the hold and jumps onto the ropes to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:58 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (Arm Triangle). Meyer Lansky!
