Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jun Mizuno (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Karbal Lindi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Karbal Lindi is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
7 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Jun Mizuno! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
6 - 16 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Karbal Lindi! The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, Don Winkell and Timothy Bukovac.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Mizuno pushes Lindi up against the cage in a clinch. Lindi gets the body lock takedown. After a quick scramble, Mizuno regains guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake. Lindi trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Lindi postures up.
Lindi throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Mizuno works some decent striking defense from the bottom. Lindi trying to control the position from guard on top but Mizuno is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Mizuno is trying to control the position but Lindi postures up. Mizuno is really struggling to control Lindi but he's trying to hold on to the position.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Jun Mizuno. Lindi takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Mizuno throws a low kick but his opponent is out of range.
Mizuno is looking to chop away at Lindi's legs. Nice uppercut there from Mizuno. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Lindi shoots in and drives through. Mizuno sprawls well. Jun Mizuno seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. The crowd cheers as Mizuno lands an impressive looking overhand right. Lindi doesn't seem phased though.
That's one minute gone in the round. A head kick misses from Mizuno. Lindi scores with a takedown into Mizuno's guard. Mizuno is looking to stand up but Lindi isn't so interested in that idea. Lindi is stalling in the full guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Lindi trying to control the position from guard on top but Mizuno is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Lindi throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Lindi throws a strike but Mizuno rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top. Lindi is trying to control the position from the bottom.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Lindi is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Lindi is persisting with the attempt to improve his position. Mizuno knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Lindi on the ground. We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace. Mizuno trying to stand up but can't free himself from Lindi's guard. Mizuno got a little sloppy there for a moment and Lindi has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Mizuno has managed to get both his arms back between Lindi's legs - danger averted. Lindi is trying to hold Mizuno in close to prevent damage but Mizuno has managed to pass into half guard.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Lindi throws a strike from the bottom that misses.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Lindi can do anything to dispel that myth. Lindi has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Mizuno is working away from the top position though. Mizuno is trying to control. Lindi wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Lindi looking to work for a kimura from the bottom. Mizuno missing with some ground and pound from the half guard. Lindi avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Mizuno. Lindi is looking to improve his position.

Mizuno throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man. Mizuno wants to lay and pray for a moment but Lindi keeps working. Lindi works his way to full guard. Good work. Mizuno trying to control the position from guard on top but Lindi is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Mizuno loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. Lindi striking off his back but it's not causing Mizuno any problems.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Lindi is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far. Lindi is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Mizuno defends well. Lindi is looking for a triangle here but Mizuno uses the submission attempt to pass into side control.
Mizuno wants to control but Lindi is keeping him busy. Lindi is looking for a sweep. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Mizuno trying to control the position but Lindi is working away. Lindi is trying to work for a sweep but Mizuno has mounted him! As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Lindi tries to hold on but Mizuno postures up. Mizuno controlling from mount. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Karbal Lindi will probably get the nod. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
Lindi misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. A head kick misses from Mizuno. Mizuno tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Mizuno throws a nice head kick!
Lindi feints and as Mizuno raises his hands in defense, Lindi changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard. Lindi throwing strikes but missing. Lindi drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Mizuno dives on top into guard. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Lindi tries to land a sweep but no joy. Mizuno is in close to Lindi's body, working some short punches and elbows. Lindi is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
That's one minute gone in the round. Mizuno trying to control but Lindi is working from the bottom. Mizuno wants to stand but Lindi has a closed guard, so he can't escape. Lindi controlling Mizuno's posture. The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up. Mizuno trying to control but Lindi is working from the bottom.
The ref stands the fighters back up because Jun Mizuno just wasn't active enough. Mizuno scores with a head kick. Lindi tried to block it but didn't get his arm up in time. Mizuno misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Mizuno stuffs the takedown attempt from Lindi. Lindi gets slowly back to his feet. Mizuno scores with a spinning back kick!
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Mizuno fakes the leg kick and cracks Lindi in the body. Mizuno throws a body kick that misses. Mizuno throws a head kick that half lands.
Mizuno lands a jab to the nose. Lindi looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard. Lindi looking to pass the half guard. Not this time. Lindi is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Mizuno has managed to free his arm - good work. Lindi is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Lindi working the head and body with strikes. Mizuno is looking to escape. Lindi works his way into full mount! Lindi looking for an armbar but decides to keep the dominant position instead. Mizuno tries to lock up and control but Lindi gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away. Lindi lands with some vicious ground and pound - can Mizuno hang on? The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Lindi cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
That's four minutes gone in the round. Lindi is stalling here but it's allowed Mizuno to get half guard.
Mizuno is staying active underneath Lindi, who seems content to just control the action from this position. Lindi is looking to pass the guard... He's managed it - he's now in full mount! The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Lindi looking to control but Mizuno is working nicely, looking to advance position himself. Mizuno tries to hold on but Lindi pushes him away. The referee warns Mizuno that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Mizuno can't escape the position.
Lindi is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Mizuno can't stay in a position like this for much longer.
Lindi goes for an armbar but he's not got it… Mizuno turns into him and now he's in Lindi's guard.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close second round but I would say that Jun Mizuno will probably get the nod. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! This is the final round!
Lindi shoots in for a takedown but Mizuno shows good takedown defense. A kick lands to the mid section there for Mizuno. Lindi takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh. Nice sprawl there from Mizuno as Lindi shoots in. Mizuno plants his feet and lands a nice head kick! Mizuno tries to clinch up and Lindi counters with a shoot takedown into half guard. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Lindi is pressing down on Mizuno's thigh, looking to free his foot. Mizuno is holding on for now. Mizuno avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Lindi.
That's one minute gone in the round. Lindi works his way into side control. Lindi wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Mizuno, who protects the arm well. Mizuno prevents Lindi from improving position. Lindi working away. Lindi takes a little break here. Mizuno wants to take advantage but he is being controlled well. Lindi wants to control for a moment but Mizuno uses the opportunity to move back to half guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Mizuno is staying active underneath Lindi, who seems content to just control the action from this position. Mizuno displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Lindi. Jun Mizuno has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Karbal Lindi. Mizuno pushes Lindi away with a front kick. Jun Mizuno is winning the standup battle so far. Lindi dives in and grabs Mizuno's left leg, looking for a takedown. Mizuno pushes down on Lindi's head and hops out. Lindi takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Lindi takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.

Mizuno is looking to clinch but Lindi is avoiding it.
Jun Mizuno is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Mizuno tries to clinch but Lindi is having none of it. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Lindi. Mizuno tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Lindi manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. Mizuno is looking to slow Lindi down with leg kicks. Mizuno moves into range and lands a nice body kick.
Lindi takes a head kick and shrugs it off.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Mizuno doesn't manage to clinch there - Lindi circles away.
Mizuno goes for a high kick. It partially lands. Mizuno tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
And that's the end of the fight! Jun Mizuno showed his dominance in that final round. I think Mizuno has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
