Gracie comes to the cage accompanied by Golden. Khrepchenko has chosen Why Do We Fall as his entrance music. Alexander Khrepchenko has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 6 - 1, fighting out of Los Angeles, Alexander Khrepchenko!
The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, Don Winkell and Jack Bonds.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Khrepchenko gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.

The fighters are working up against the cage. Khrepchenko manages to wriggle his way back to his feet, so the fighters are now clinched against the cage.

Gracie prevents Khrepchenko from getting back to his feet.

Gracie wants to pass the guard but Khrepchenko is keeping the position.

If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.

The ref stands the fighters back up because Gustavo Gracie just wasn't active enough.

Gracie cracks Khrepchenko with a big shot to body and one to the head - really punishing Khrepchenko from the back mount here, looking to soften him up.

In his post fight interview, Gustavo Gracie started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
