Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Scott Cliffton (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Joe Murphy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Joe Murphy told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Joseph Jones, Russell Pearce and Anthony Taglia.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cliffton swats away the attempt to clinch by Murphy.
Murphy tries to clinch there but Cliffton circles away.
Murphy tries to clinch up but Cliffton circles away and keeps his distance.
Murphy looks to clinch
and Cliffton cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
It looks like Joe Murphy has been cut.
Murphy wants to clinch.
Murphy wants to clinch but Cliffton slips to the side
and Cliffton counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Murphy on the wrong end of a nice jab.
A chopping leg kick lands by Cliffton.
Murphy has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Cliffton slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
Murphy is rocked!
Cliffton batters Murphy with a massive right followed by a huge left! Murphy is out on his feet looking like a zombie as Cliffton lands a final crushing right hand to drop Murphy to the mat with a gruesome thud! Cliffton is running around like a mad man after that fight and for good reason!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:29 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Scott Cliffton!
Scott Cliffton tried to hype himself up post fight but didn't word it too well and it ended up with him sounding like a bit of a tool.
In defeat, Joe Murphy stepped up to the mic, saying 'Ha-ha-ha!!!'.
