Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Sean Hickey (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Alan Hedayati (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The judges for this bout are Bruno Lombardi, John Kavanagh and Jorge Garcia.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hickey cracks Hedayati with a right hand to the side of the head.
It looks like Alan Hedayati has been cut.
Hedayati fails with a takedown attempt.
Hickey shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Hedayati's guard.
Hedayati wants to sweep here but Hickey controlling him for the moment.

Hickey has his hand under the chin of his opponent looking for the choke. He's nearly got it! This one could be all over! But no, Hedayati has freed his hand and lives to survive another… well, another couple of seconds at least!

Hedayati tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Hedayati has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
Hickey is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard.

Hedayati throws a leg kick which misses Hickey's front leg but catches the back leg as Hickey tries to avoid it.
