Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Sale J (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Aimo Tuska (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). J kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genuis that is The March of the Pori Regiment. Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Sale J! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Aimo Tuska! The judges for this bout are Matti Vanhoillinen, Ben Zyskovitsi and Tarja Halkonen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Tuska lets loose with a powerful body kick. J will feel that in the morning. Tuska throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
A head kick from Tuska lands but J takes it in his stride. Tuska misses with a series of wild punches.
Tuska throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around J's waist but J gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Tuska off to one side. Some wild striking there from Tuska.
J stuffs the takedown. A punch combination from Tuska misses. J shoots for a double leg takedown but Tuska sprawls well. He's pushed J's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Tuska wants to clinch. Aimo Tuska seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Tuska throws a sloppy head kick and J moves out of range easily. Tuska misses with a head kick.
Tuska throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
That's one minute gone in the round. Tuska tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but J paws at him with a jab and circles away. J tries to clinch but Tuska moves out of range. Tuska lands with a nice combination. J backs away looking to recover. Tuska looks gassed! Tuska looks to clinch and J decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Tuska's guard. J looking to pass the guard. Tuska keeping moving, preventing J from controlling successfully. J advances position into side control! J thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead. J tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no J has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought! Tuska sneaks back into half guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Tuska is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of J's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take J's back! Tuska has his hand under the chin of his opponent looking for the choke. He's nearly got it! This one could be all over! But no, J has freed his hand and lives to survive another… well, another couple of seconds at least!
J is defending well here and trying to improve his position.
J is displaying good submission defense - not really looking in danger of submitting to the rear naked choke at the moment. That could change in an instant of course if Tuska gets his way!
J has the hand control, trying to stop the rear naked choke. Tuska throws a big right hand but he misses and hits the mat. Ouch.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Tuska misses with punches from the back. Tuska doesn't have the hooks in and J manages to turn into his guard.
J slips effortlessly into side control - very nice. Tuska manages to get one leg in to regain half guard. Tuska wants to get back to his feet. Tuska is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. Tuska is trying to stand up here but J is controlling him well. J wants to free his trapped foot but Tuska is holding on for dear life with his legs. Tuska is trying to stand back up but J is controlling him
J is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Tuska doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time J. J stops Tuska from getting back to his feet.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. A head kick from Tuska lands but J takes it in his stride. Tuska misses with a looping right. J scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice. Tuska is trying to buck J off. J tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no J has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought! Tuska throws J to one side and escapes! And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Aimo Tuska will probably get the nod. That's time! J's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
Tuska lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Tuska. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from J. Tuska pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Tuska throws a hook but J blocks it. Horrible takedown by J or perhaps it was just good defense by Tuska which made him look bad. Tuska misses with a combination
and J counters with a takedown into side control. Tuska can't do much from the bottom here. J wants to control but Tuska is keeping him busy. J decides to take the fight back to the feet. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Tuska throws a wild body kick that J sees coming a mile off.
That's one minute gone in the round. J has closed the distance and engaged Tuska in a clinch.
Tuska wants to break free but J has control.
J is working on a single leg takedown against the cage. Tuska can't fight it off and eventually J manages to take the fight to the floor. Tuska looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard. Sale J overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Tuska is working an open guard so J takes the opportunity to get back to his feet. J takes a head kick and shrugs it off.
J clinches up with Tuska and pushes him back against the cage. J prevents Tuska from breaking the clinch. Tuska pulls guard successfully.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Tuska uses the cage to get back to his feet.
That's two minutes gone in the round. J shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Tuska but Tuska pushes him off and we're back to square one. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Sale J. That's going to take a lot out of him. Tuska tries to clinch but J moves out of range. Tuska closes the distance looking to clinch and J counters with a shoot takedown. Tuska fights it but they end up in guard. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! J wants to control from the top but Tuska keeps moving. J preventing the sweep. Tuska will have to put a bit more behind his punches if he's going to do any damage from this position.
Tuska wants to sweep here but J controlling him for the moment.
That's three minutes gone in the round. J is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there. J trying to control but Tuska is working from the bottom. Tuska working away from the bottom but not quite defensive enough there because J has passed into half guard!
J stands up and beckons Tuska to join him on the feet. J shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than J was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure! Tuska is looking to get back to his feet - it's going to be hard from this position.
That's four minutes gone in the round. J pushing the pace here, looking to move to his opponents back and work for a finish.
Tuska tries to reverse the position but J maintains control. J has hold of Tuska's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Tuska manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.
Tuska tries to hold on but J pushes him away. J is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but Tuska is surviving well by controlling J's body position as best he can. Tuska is looking to improve his position but J isn't that keen on the idea. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. J goes for an armbar but he's fallen flat on his backside there and now Tuska is on top in guard.
Tuska gets to his feet - J follows without any prompting. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Sale J dominated that second round. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. This is the final round!
J blocks a head kick by Tuska.
Tuska throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by J. Tuska fails to land with a series of punches.
J scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent. J looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for Tuska! Both fighters really going for it on the ground here! J with some aggressive grappling here, looking for the finish.
Tuska is working to get back to half guard.
Tuska throwing punches from his back but nothing is landing. Tuska is desperately trying to improve his position but J has a good base and remains in mount. J stands up from mount. Strange move.
That's one minute gone in the round. J darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard. J uses his free foot to push down on Tuska's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Tuska. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Tuska is squirming around, avoiding J's attempts to control the action. Tuska is trying desperately to improve position. J stands up from the dominant position, so we're back on the feet. No luck for J with that takedown attempt. Tuska lands with a slapping head kick.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Horrible takedown by J or perhaps it was just good defense by Tuska which made him look bad. Tuska throws a head kick that misses and J counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Tuska's guard now. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for leaving it all in the cage! Tuska wants to get back to his feet but he's too absorbed in his own little project and J manages to pass to side control. Tuska regains full guard. Nicely done. Tuska wants to improve his position but instead J has moved into half guard.
Tuska throws a strike from the bottom that misses.
Tuska pushes J off looking to stand but J dives back in and keeps control.
Tuska actively working from the bottom here. J moves nicely into side control. J has knee on belly and moves into mount.
That's three minutes gone in the round. J wants to take Tuska's back but he can't do it this time. J tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position. J fails to move to back control. J goes for an armbar but he's not got it… Tuska turns into him and now he's in J's guard.
Tuska working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. Tuska trying to control the position from guard on top but J is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. J is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. A head kick misses from Tuska. Excellent takedown into side control there by J.
And that's the end of the fight! Sale J showed his dominance in that final round. I think J has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
