The judges for this bout are Tatsuya Matsuyama, Yukihiro Shimada and Yukihiro Yamamoto.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Winner throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Silva closes this distance looking for a takedown but Winner circles away.
Silva looks for a takedown but Winner sprawls well.
Silva looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Winner rushes Silva and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Winner blocking some punches.
Silva tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Winner smiles and moves away.

Winner tests Silva's chin there with a solid looking shot.

Winner swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Silva.

Winner fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.

The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Winner lands with a straight right. Silva didn't see that one coming.
Winner stalks Silva and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Silva's face. Silva staggers backwards, shaken.
Silva is rocked!
Silva gets clipped by a big right hand and goes down spinning to the canvas! Winner gets the back mount and begins to drop bombs on his rocked foe! Silva is too out of it to defend against the strikes and the referee jumps in to save him from the beatdown!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:24 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Tournament Winner!
An out of breath Tournament Winner thanked his loyal fans in his post fight interview, giving them credit for his success over the course of his career.
