The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
polanski swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Maxinos.
polanski misses with a series of wild punches.
Maxinos takes a shot right to the bread basket.

Maxinos keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
polanski throws a wild combination but nothing lands.

Maxinos gets a clinch.

Maxinos has hold of one of polanski's legs. polanski is fighting the takedown attempt but Maxinos gets the trip and lands the takedown into guard.
Maxinos is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

polanski looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Maxinos seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.

Maxinos stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. polanski swivels though and keeps the full guard.

polanski has his foot on Maxinos's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Maxinos works his way back into a safe position though.

Maxinos is sitting in close to polanski's body. polanski has gone for a guillotine from the bottom. Oh damn, that looks pretty tight! Maxinos is panicking - it looks like this one could be all over! Yes, Maxinos is tapping! That was a very nice submission by polanski.
