Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Deon Valdez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Karlos Tom (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Karlos Tom has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Deon Valdez's chin.

The judges for this bout are Paul Tew, Chris Edwards and Sam Margolis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tom looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it.
Tom has managed to clinch.
Valdez successfully pulls guard.
Valdez will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Tom wanted to stand there but Valdez had control of the position.
Valdez looking to control the pace of the fight rather than finish it.

Tom jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Valdez walks away with a smile on his face. Tom gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.

Tom ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Tom no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.
Valdez knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Tom on the ground.

Valdez is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Tom defends well.
Valdez is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
Tom lands a couple of decent looking shots.
Valdez looking for a triangle here. Tom is fighting it but it looks tight! Valdez pulls the arm across and this one won't last much longer! Nope, Tom is tapping out - this one is all over!
