Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Dick Inc (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ben Zanotto (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Inc comes into the arena with Bad Moon Rising blaring out of the sound system. Zanotto comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Ben Zanotto -by- Rancid kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 23 - 11 - 1, fighting out of Los Angeles, Ben Zanotto!
The judges for this bout are Sam Margolis, James Atkins and Chris Edwards.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Zanotto ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Inc moves away.
Inc throws a head kick but Zanotto moves out of range.

Zanotto feints and as Inc raises his hands in defense, Zanotto changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Zanotto must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.

Inc working away from the bottom but not quite defensive enough there because Zanotto has passed into half guard!

Inc seems to have improved his submission grappling technique since last time we saw him. Let's see if he can pull off a submission.
Zanotto stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Inc swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Inc is trying to control the position from the bottom.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Inc wants to sweep here but Zanotto controlling him for the moment.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.

Zanotto cracks Inc with a solid left hand.

Inc is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Zanotto is aware though and is defending well.

Inc escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Zanotto gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Inc has momentary wrist control but Zanotto slips an elbow through the middle.
Inc pulls Zanotto in close to his closed guard and prevents Zanotto from doing any damage or advancing position.

Zanotto postures up and lands a big shot to Inc's brow.

Zanotto wants to control from the top but Inc keeps moving.

The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet.

so Inc counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.

Inc drops back looking for a submission - "I'm sorry sir, but I'm gunna break your leg" says Inc as he cranks on the unfortunate limb! Zanotto screams and taps out before any major damage is done! Don't mess with Inc! Nice submission victory there!
