Blunderskard comes into the arena with 'Till I Collapse blaring out of the sound system. Iouri Blunderskard has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A slow jab from Nog misses its intended target.
Blunderskard looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this!
Nog misses with a jab to the body
and Blunderskard makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
Blunderskard takes a swing at Nog's ribcage but misses.
Nog scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.

It looks like Iouri Blunderskard has been cut.
Blunderskard has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.
Nog moves out of range of the body kick.
Blunderskard with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Nog to score with a decent uppercut.
Nog connects with the punch.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Nog has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.
Nog takes a swing at Blunderskard's ribcage but misses.
Blunderskard misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Nog.
Blunderskard stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Blunderskard throws a right and a left that Nog avoids nicely.

Nog lands a big uppercut and Blunderskard crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Blunderskard looks OK. Nog waves Blunderskard back to his feet!

Blunderskard is rocked!

Iouri Blunderskard's cut is getting worse.
Nog tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Blunderskard was well out of range. Poor timing from Nog.
Oh Blunderskard is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Nog dives in for a single leg takedown but Blunderskard sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.
Blunderskard seems to have got his legs back now.
Nog jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Blunderskard walks away with a smile on his face. Nog gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.

Nog lands a big uppercut and Blunderskard crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Blunderskard looks OK. Nog waves Blunderskard back to his feet!
Nog just misses with a punch to the body.
Nog closes the distance and lands a vicious right hand that drops Blunderskard! Nog dives in looking to finish! Blunderskard is still trying to defend himself but he's taking too many shots and the referee has no choice but to stop the fight!
