The judges for this bout are James Atkins, Daniel Bishop and Colin Fotheringham.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Thomas shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Thomas was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
Thomas looks up at the clock and then as Tinnker takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Thomas smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!
Tinnker dodges the ground and pound from Thomas.
Thomas wants to lay and pray for a moment but Tinnker keeps working.
Tinnker is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Thomas off and has taken his back!
Tinnker is looking to finish the fight by rear naked choke. Thomas knows exactly what he's got planned though, so he's defending well. Maybe a few strikes would soften Thomas for a finish.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Thomas rolls, trying to escape but Tinnker keeps control of the position.
Tinnker is remaining active here, looking for the choke. The more discerning members of the crowd will appreciate his efforts.
