0 - 19 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Roy Niga! The judges for this bout are Matheus Silva, Emerson Jorge and Alexandre Firmino.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Niga tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Black defends well and Niga ends up having to push Black into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch. Niga looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight! Black has Niga pressed up against the cage. He's trying to work for a single leg takedown. Black pulls back from the cage and twists to the side, sending Niga tumbling to the mat - Black dives into Niga's guard. It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup. Black passes Niga's left leg - he's now in half guard. Black controlling the action here. Black maintaining the dominant position here and is working for a kimura. He's locked it up! Niga could be in real trouble here! He's trying to wriggle out but Black has cracked it and Niga is screaming in pain - he's tapped out! Great finish by Black!
