Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Cam Laco (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Strange Bob (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bob has chosen So cruel... as his entrance music. Both fighters really staring eachother down here, as Strange Bob enters the cage!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Cam Laco! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Strange Bob! The judges for this bout are Wesley Smith, Gwen Towbar and Tiny Johnson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Bob fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Laco checks it well. Laco throws a head kick that misses. Laco drives through with a takedown into guard. Bob keeping full guard, as Laco tries to pass. Laco stopping the sweep attempt from Bob. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Bob is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
Laco drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Laco jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. Bob working a defensive guard here.
Laco has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. Bob looking for a sweep. Not yet Bob, not yet.
That's one minute gone in the round. Bob keeping moving, preventing Laco from controlling successfully.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Laco cracks Bob with a right hand to the side of the head. Laco has Bob up against the cage in a clinch.
Some stalling of biblical proportions here from Laco. Laco works for the underhooks and manages to get a trip takedown into guard. Bob is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. Bob wants to sweep here but Laco controlling him for the moment. Bob working a defensive guard but Laco manages to pass into side control anyway.
Bob tries to bench press Laco off him but Laco keeps the position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Laco decides to stand back up. Laco throws and low kick but Bob moves out of range easily. Bob takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Laco misses with a jab, cross combination.
Bob tries to grapple but his opponent circles and Laco counters with a left and a right that stings Bob. Cam Laco seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. A head kick by Bob misses and Laco counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Laco. Laco manages to break the clinch.
Laco looks to land a combination but Bob avoids it well. Laco has Bob up against the cage in a clinch.
Laco escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Laco closes the distance and clinches. Laco gets a trip takedown into half guard. Bob trying to hold on to Laco's head to control him but Laco postures up.
Laco is breathing heavily. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Laco seems to have lost interest with the ground game and is thinking about standing back up.
Bob is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. Laco really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Laco trying to control from half guard but Bob is working away. Bob trying to hold on to Laco's head to control him but Laco postures up.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Bob is trying to avoid being dragged into an even worse position than he's already in but Laco is staying active. The fighters are battling for position here. Bob manages to regain full guard. Nice work. Laco stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Bob swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Bob fails with the takedown and Laco counters with a straight right hand. Bob tries to clinch and Laco counters with a lovely straight right hand! Laco will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Bob wants to clinch and Laco counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Laco. Laco has moved round to his opponent's back and is looking for a suplex! Oh snap! He's tossed Bob clear over his head and slammed him to the mat! Laco throws a big right hand but he misses and hits the mat. Ouch. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Cam Laco dominated that round. That's time! Back to the action!
Laco closes this distance looking for a takedown but Bob circles away. A punch combination from Laco misses. Bob closes the distance looking to clinch and Laco counters with a nice body kick. Bob throws a low kick, looking for Laco's leg but Laco calmly moves out of range. Bob closes the distance looking to clinch and Laco holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch. The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Laco takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life. Laco gets double underhooks and manages to take the fight to the ground. Laco tries to free his leg and advance position but Bob is retaining full guard. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Bob bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Laco's guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Laco uses the cage to get back to his feet.
Excellent takedown into side control there by Laco. Bob can't do much from the bottom here. Bob manages to get one leg in to regain half guard. Bob is not content to let Laco control the position. Laco is thwarting Bob's attempts to control the position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Bob moves into full guard.
Laco won't allow Bob to sweep him here. Laco slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard. Laco pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Bob is keeping the position for now. Bob controlling Laco's posture.

Laco working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that. Laco postures up and decides to stand up, from the half guard. The ref calls for Bob to stand up. Bob shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Laco as he jumps to the side. Laco clinches with his opponent.
Laco tightens his grip and picks Bob up, before dumping him to the ground. Bob manages to land in guard. Bob manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Laco manages to get himself to full guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Bob trying to control but Laco is working from the bottom. Bob won't allow Laco to get back to his feet. Laco wants to get back to his feet but Bob passes into half guard.

Laco is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Laco moves into range and lands a nice leg kick. Danga de danga de dang - Laco scores with a four punch combination! Laco feints and then cracks Bob's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Bob down. Nice uppercut lands for Laco. That snapped Bob's head back.
Laco takes the fight into the clinch. Laco breaks from the clinch.
Laco shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.
Bob is rocked! Laco advances to half guard. Bob is still in real trouble! Can Laco finish him? Laco lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt. Laco working the head and body with strikes.

Bob trying to get back to full guard but Laco takes advantage of the position and moves to full mount! Laco landing shots from mount. Laco breaks from Bob's wrist control and lands an elbow. Laco looking to finish here with some ground and pound. He lands one big shot that has Bob covering up... and two more big strikes land, forcing the referee to step in and put and end to proceedings! This fight is all over!
