Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Campbell lands a jab-cross combination.

Rave looking to score a takedown here. Campbell is defending well but Rave drives through and ends up in Campbell's guard.

Campbell escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Rave gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Craig Rave has forced the referee to step in and bring the fight back to the feet.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Campbell is just content to waste time from the top position. Rave takes advantage of the situation and regains full guard.
Rave wants to sweep but no luck.
Rave keeping moving, preventing Campbell from controlling successfully.
Rave avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.
Rave looks to be in better condition than last time we saw him fight. Obviously he's been working hard on his cardio.

Campbell postures up in Rave's guard and throws a big left but Rave blocks it.
Rave manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!

Campbell keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.

Campbell is looking for a sweep. Rave is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.

Rave is trying to work for a kimura but Campbell is defending well.
Rave passes the half guard and he's now in mount! Big trouble for Campbell!

Campbell is trying to reverse the position but instead Rave has taken his back - oops!
Campbell is taking damage to the body and head.
Rave is hanging on to Campbell's back as he tries to escape.
Rave is throwing punches to the body, looking to soften Campbell up.
Rave scores with punches from the back.
Rave lands an elbow to the side of the head.

Rave is working for the choke. I would put my money on him to finish from this position. He's rolled onto his back and has dragged Campbell with him. Campbell is trying to defend but Rave has an arm under the chin now! Campbell grimaces and is forced to tap out!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:51 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (RNC). Craig Rave!
An out of breath Craig Rave thanked his loyal fans in his post fight interview, giving them credit for his success over the course of his career.
