Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Mike Puska (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Musta Surma (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Puska kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is You Ain't Stoppin Me !!!! . Musta Surma has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

With a record of 20 - 19 - 1, fighting out of Helsinki, Musta Surma!
The judges for this bout are Johanna Lukiainen, Tarja Halkonen and Matti Vanhoillinen.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Puska looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.

Surma slips a jab from Puska.
Puska jabbing away but nothing is landing.

Surma takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.

Mike Puska seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Surma closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Puska to the mat! Puska manages to get full guard.

Puska feints and then cracks Surma's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Surma down.

Puska bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Surma's head backwards.

and Surma counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Puska shoots in looking for a takedown. Surma tries to sprawl out of it but Puska keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Surma manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

That's time! Puska's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.

The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Surma cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Puska is desperately trying to get back to half guard.

The referee calls the doctor in to look at Mike Puska's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:55 of round 3, we have a winner by way of TKO (Cut). Musta Surma!
Musta Surma was full of energy after the big win and talked about how he thinks he can do big things in this sport. The crowd were appreciative of his determination to succeed.
