Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Rodrigo Thiago (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Son Wukong (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Johanna Lukiainen, Marco Blurström and Tarja Halkonen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Excellent takedown into side control there by Wukong.
Wukong is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Thiago knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.
Thiago is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the cage but Wukong has just dragged him back down to the mat.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Thiago prevents Wukong from improving position.
Thiago gives up the full mount - oops, sloppy defensive grappling there!
Thiago's corner are shouting for him to stand up but that's bad cornering - how is he meant to stand up when he's mounted? He should be looking to improve his position on the ground before trying to stand back up.
Wukong working for a guillotine from mount but Thiago is in no mood to give up.
Thiago is not a happy chappy… he wants out of there.
Wukong fails to advance to Thiago's back.
Thiago wants to use the cage to get back to his feet here.
Wukong working to secure an arm triangle but it's not happening for him just yet.
Thiago is controlling an arm, preventing Wukong from taking his back. Although keeping him in mount is no better to be honest.

Thiago knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Wukong on the ground.

Wukong is staying calm and holding on to the back position, whilst working on a rear naked choke. Thiago is defending well though. Wukong let's go of the attempt for now.
Thiago has the hand control, trying to stop the rear naked choke.
Thiago trying desperately to get back to his feet here but he's not having any joy at all. He's going to tire himself out if he's not careful.

Wukong is looking to finish the fight by rear naked choke. Thiago knows exactly what he's got planned though, so he's defending well. Maybe a few strikes would soften Thiago for a finish.

Wukong working for the rear naked choke here. He's got one arm under but Thiago is defending well. A couple of punches soften him up though and Wukong has tightened the hold! This one could be all over! It is! Thiago taps out!
