Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Edward Teach (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Miron Karoa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
9 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Edward Teach!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
11 - 8 - 0, fighting out of New York, Miron Karoa!
The judges for this bout are Paul Gruel, Jeff Smith and Micheangelo Fripello.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Karoa looking to score a takedown here. Teach is defending well but Karoa drives through and ends up in Teach's guard.
Karoa slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.
Teach is trying to improve his position.
Karoa tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Karoa has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
Teach has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.
Teach is trying to get back to half guard.
Karoa trying to control the position but Teach is working away.
Karoa tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though.
Teach is trying to control Karoa's posture but Karoa avoids it.
Karoa is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Teach has escaped the position, nice work there.
Teach tries to buck Karoa off but Karoa is having none of it.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Karoa misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!
Teach can't do much from the bottom here.
Teach manages to get one leg in to regain half guard.
Teach is pressing down on Karoa's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Teach bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Karoa's guard.
Teach avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Karoa has his feet on Teach's thighs here. He's pushed Teach off and worked for a very quick armbar from the bottom! He's flipped onto his stomach and he's cranking hard on the arm! Teach screams in pain and taps out! This one is all over!
