Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Dustin Kryon! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Dave Dance! The judges for this bout are Andrew Berry, Donald Grub and James Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kryon closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage. Kryon ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Kryon no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard. Kryon keeping moving, preventing Dance from controlling successfully. Kryon escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Dance gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Dance accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Dance wants to control from the top but Kryon keeps moving. Dance pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Kryon is keeping the position for now. Kryon preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. Dance drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Kryon manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Dance has Kryon in his guard. Kryon preventing the sweep.
That's one minute gone in the round. Dance keeping moving, preventing Kryon from controlling successfully. Kryon missing there with some ground and pound from the guard. Kryon wants to pass the guard but Dance is keeping the position. Dance is trying to keep Kryon in close.
Dance looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Kryon keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Dance's head. Dance working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Kryon doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Oh but Dance is tightening it up a little... Kryon has to be careful here... He's got his foot tucked under now, this looks tight! Kryon reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! Kryon taps out! Nice BJJ there by Dance!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:23 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Triangle Choke). Dave Dance! A less than humble Dave Dance misjudged his post fight interview somewhat and came across a little too arrogant whilst trying to hype up his own abilities.
