Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Kabunyan Danglose (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Gee Sun (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Nice sprawl there from Sun as Danglose shoots in. Danglose doesn't manage to clinch there - Sun circles away.
Danglose decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard. Danglose is tying to control. Sun wants to improve his position but can't escape this time. Danglose not throwing his punches with enough precision this time. Sun blocking the ground and pound attempt from Danglose. Danglose looking to pass the half guard. Not this time. Sun trying to control from the bottom.
Danglose prevents Sun from improving his position. Sun has one foot on Danglose's thigh - he pushes off and manages to get back to his feet. Sun bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick. Danglose shoots in but no luck this time. Danglose fails to land the takedown. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Kabunyan Danglose. That's going to take a lot out of him. Danglose moves into range and clinches up with Sun.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Danglose trying to control the position from guard on top but Sun is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Sun is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Danglose pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Sun is keeping the position for now. Danglose is breathing heavily. Sun managing to control the position. Danglose trying to control the position from guard on top but Sun is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Sun wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Sun scrambles and gets back to his feet.
Danglose will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Sun uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Danglose.
Danglose is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Gee Sun seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Sun tries a low kick but Danglose avoids it. Sun throws a nice inside leg kick. Sun closes the distance and clinches. Danglose fails to pull the fight into his guard.
Sun manages to break the clinch.

That's three minutes gone in the round. A nice leg kick lands there from Sun. Sun looks to throw the jab but Danglose is out of range. Sun fails to land the takedown. Danglose scores with a jab. Sun acknowledges it with a nod of the head. Danglose throws the kick towards the body but Sun avoids it. Danglose misses with a takedown attempt and Danglose takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. Sun pushes Danglose away with a front kick. Danglose scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice. Danglose landing strikes. Sun is trying to get back to half guard. Sun can't do much from the bottom here. Danglose trying to control the position but Sun is working away.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Danglose tries to advance to mount but can't. Danglose lands a few punches from side control. Sun wants to get back to his feet but Danglose drags him back down. Danglose tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Danglose has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Danglose misses with a takedown attempt - Sun sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. Danglose closes the distance looking to clinch and Sun counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Sun. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Danglose keeping full guard, as Sun tries to pass. Danglose has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Sun wants to stand but Danglose is controlling his posture from full guard. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Gee Sun dominated that round. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin!
Sun takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Sun misses the shot to the body. Sun avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Danglose throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Sun has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Sun there as he acknowledges the shot. Danglose tries to clinch but Sun is having none of it. Sun pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way. Sun throws a leg kick and Danglose counters with a nice double leg into guard. Danglose might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Danglose thows a big elbow that misses. Danglose postures up.
Sun tries to land a sweep but no joy. Sun is breathing heavily. Danglose wants to control from the top but Sun keeps moving. Sun pulls Danglose in close to prevent any damage.
That's one minute gone in the round. Sun keeping moving, preventing Danglose from controlling successfully.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Danglose fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Sun sprawls well initially but Danglose persists and gets the takedown into half guard. Danglose content to sit in half guard and control for a moment. Sun looks like he's trying to stand up.
Sun wants to improve his position but Danglose is controlling well.
Sun keeps control of the position for the meantime.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Sun looking for submissions off his back. Sun pushes Danglose off looking to stand but Danglose dives back in and keeps control.
Danglose is pressing down on Sun's thigh, looking to free his foot. Sun is holding on for now.

Sun won't be happy with that. Sun prevents Danglose from moving into mount. Danglose stands up. Danglose throws a quick inside leg kick.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Danglose shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Sun as he avoids it easily. Danglose scores to the head and body with a nice combination! Danglose shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat. Sun is avoiding any damage by keeping wrist control. Danglose preventing the sweep. Sun wants to get back to his feet but Danglose is in a dominant position and won't allow it. Danglose has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Sun is proving hard to escape from. Danglose passes Sun's left leg - he's now in half guard. Danglose not landing any meaningful shots this time. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Danglose is working for a kimura but Sun is defending it quite comfortably.
Danglose tries to stand but his hand is stuck under Sun. Sun keeping hold of Danglose's head, controlling as best he can. Danglose is looking to take a break and control but Sun is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Danglose is trying to work for a kimura but Sun is defending well.
Danglose seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Sun does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Kabunyan Danglose dominated that second round. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. And we move into the final round!
Danglose stuffs the takedown attempt from Sun. Sun gets slowly back to his feet. A shot to de liver by Danglose. Beautiful body shot. Sun tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him. Danglose darts in and clinches Sun up against the cage. Sun manages to pull guard.
Danglose postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Sun is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Danglose, into his guard. Sun won't allow Danglose to sweep him here. Sun postures up.
Danglose bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Sun's guard. Sun seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now. Both fighters are breathing heavily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Sun is looking to stand up but Danglose isn't so interested in that idea. Danglose seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up. Sun manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
Sun lands with some strikes. Sun is standing up, even though he is in mount. Danglose tries to clinch there but Sun circles away.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Danglose keeps the fight on the outside. Danglose throws a head kick that misses. Danglose fails with the takedown. Danglose circles away from the clinch attempt.

Sun with the Thai clinch, lands a knee to the head. Danglose pulls Sun into guard.
Danglose is trying to control the position but Sun postures up. Danglose pulls Sun in to control the position. Danglose trying to keep a closed guard but Sun is proving a slippery customer.
Danglose is really struggling to control Sun but he's trying to hold on to the position. Kabunyan Danglose overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Danglose has butterfly guard. He's looking to stand up here. He pushes Sun off him and springs to his feet nicely. The crowd applauds. Kabunyan Danglose is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Danglose clinches up with Sun and pushes him back against the cage.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Danglose has dropped down and is working for a takedown. Sun is trying to keep an underhook but Danglose manages to get the takedown into half guard. Sun moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard. Danglose wanted to stand there but Sun had control of the position. Danglose stops Sun from standing up. Sun is looking for a triangle but Danglose pushes his legs off easily.
Danglose trying to stand up but can't free himself from Sun's guard. Sun lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Danglose! Sun controlling from the full mount.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Danglose is desperately trying to get back to half guard.
Danglose tries to lock up and control but Sun gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away. Danglose regains half guard. Danglose trying to hold on to Sun's head to control him but Sun postures up.
And that's the end of the fight! Kabunyan Danglose showed his dominance in that final round. Well Danglose has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
