The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bones shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Bones showed some decent athleticism there.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.
Bones throwing shots but Turnner is blocking nicely.
Bones is just content to waste time from the top position. Turnner takes advantage of the situation and regains full guard.
Bones trying to control but Turnner is working from the bottom.
Bones tries to free his leg and advance position but Turnner is retaining full guard.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Bones looking to sit in guard and control but Turnner gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.
Turnner drops back for a leg here. A bit of a high risk move... He's looking for a kneebar by the looks of things. Now both of them are looking for submissions. Turnner seems to have locked his on tight now - Bones screams in pain and taps out furiously! It certainly was a high risk move but it's paid off for Turnner, as he picks up the win!
