Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 4 - 0, fighting out of London, Eliseo Carpenter!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Forth Bones!
The judges for this bout are Richard Clark, William Gold and Sam Margolis.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Carpenter dodges the punch combination from Bones.
Carpenter shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Bones sprawls well. Bones wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Carpenter gets slowly back to his feet.

Bones closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Carpenter to the mat! Carpenter manages to get full guard.
Bones tries to free his leg and advance position but Carpenter is retaining full guard.

The ref stands the fighters back up. Forth Bones was stalling too much, according to the referee.

Carpenter ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Carpenter no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Carpenter has a closed guard, preventing anything of note from happening. Perhaps he's looking to stall.
Carpenter has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.
Bones wants to control from the top but Carpenter keeps moving.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Eliseo Carpenter.

Carpenter feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Bones decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Carpenter is doing well to control the position and prevent Bones from advancing to side control.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.

Carpenter shoots for a takedown but Bones saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.

Carpenter tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Bones defends well and Carpenter ends up having to push Bones into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Carpenter, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
