Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Zaromskis looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Alenitchev is fending him off so far but Zaromskis persists. Nope, Alenitchev circles away and we're back to standing.

Zaromskis rushes Alenitchev and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.

Alenitchev closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Alenitchev lands in his opponent's guard.

Alenitchev drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Alenitchev jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Zaromskis wants to lay and pray for a moment but Alenitchev keeps working.
Zaromskis knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Alenitchev on the ground.

Zaromskis shoots in looking for a takedown. Alenitchev tries to sprawl out of it but Zaromskis keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Alenitchev manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

and Zaromskis counters with a three punch combo that has Alenitchev backing up. Alenitchev nods at Zaromskis to acknowledge the strikes.

Alenitchev throws his legs up looking to secure a triangle. Oh, that looks pretty tight, I gotta say! Zaromskis escapes and throws Alenitchev's legs to the side, diving into side control!
