The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Phillip lands a big uppercut and Joyce crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Joyce looks OK. Phillip waves Joyce back to his feet!
Joyce is rocked!
It looks like Dario Joyce has been cut.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Phillip is looking for an opening here. He's unloaded a big left hand that catches Joyce flush on the jaw and sends him tumbling to the canvas! Joyce is out cold! Phillip holds back from landing any unnecessary shots to his unconscious opponent, as the referee reacts slowly to the situation. A brutal knockout and then some excellent sportsmanship - this guy is my new favorite fighter!
