Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Justin Bradshaw (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and James Monroe (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Justin Bradshaw! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, James Monroe! The judges for this bout are James Ackerman, Andrew Berry and James Atkins.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Bradshaw closes this distance looking for a takedown but Monroe circles away. Bradshaw shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Monroe as he avoids it easily. Bradshaw looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Monroe is fending him off so far but Bradshaw persists. Nope, Monroe circles away and we're back to standing. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Justin Bradshaw. That's going to take a lot out of him. Monroe tries to clinch but Bradshaw moves out of range. Bradshaw fails with a takedown attempt. Monroe scores with a head kick.
Bradshaw shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Monroe pinned against the cage. Monroe gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Monroe tries to score with a leg kick but it misses it's target. Bradshaw misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. Monroe feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Bradshaw's calf. Monroe knocks Bradshaw to the floor with a head kick! Can he finish him!? The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Bradshaw is positioning himself to get back to half guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Bradshaw is working hard here to advance position. Monroe wants to lay and pray for a moment but Bradshaw keeps working. Monroe tries to get to his feet but he's trapped momentarily. Bradshaw tries to bench press Monroe off him but Monroe keeps the position. Bradshaw throws an elbow to the body but it doesn't land.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Monroe avoids the strikes from the bottom by Bradshaw. Monroe trying to control the action but Bradshaw is working from the bottom.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Bradshaw looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard. Bradshaw throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man. Monroe is trying to stand up here but Bradshaw is controlling him well. Bradshaw trying to advance position but Monroe counters by regaining guard. Monroe keeping moving, preventing Bradshaw from controlling successfully.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Bradshaw looking to sit in guard and control but Monroe gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top. Bradshaw seems keen to control Monroe's posture. Bradshaw striking off his back but it's not causing Monroe any problems. Bradshaw trying to control the position here. Bradshaw looking to sweep here. No luck so far.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Bradshaw thows some rabbit punches from the bottom but they don't do any damage. Bradshaw looking to hit a scissor sweep but Monroe is one step ahead there. Bradshaw throws a couple of weedy looking strikes off his back.

Bradshaw trying to punch from his back but it's not doing any damage. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
James Monroe dominated that round. That's time! Back to the action!
Bradshaw shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Bradshaw closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Bradshaw lands in his opponent's guard. Bradshaw trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Monroe keeping moving, preventing Bradshaw from controlling successfully. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Hammerfist, elbow! yells Bradshaw's corner. There ya go! There ya go! Bradshaw throwing strikes from guard but Monroe blocks nicely. Bradshaw passes Monroe's left leg - he's now in half guard. Bradshaw uses his free foot to push down on Monroe's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Monroe.
That's one minute gone in the round. Bradshaw connects with a couple of good shots from mount.
Monroe taking shots to the head. Bradshaw dominating with strikes here. Bradshaw lands a heavy elbow. Bradshaw pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage.
Monroe is rocked!
It looks like James Monroe has been cut. Bradshaw postures up and throws a couple of big shots that have Monroe in real trouble here! The ref calls for Monroe to improve his position which he doesn't do, so the referee has no choice but to end the fight due to the strikes!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:03 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Justin Bradshaw!
