Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Dirk Hasselhoff (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jeroen Rijkaart (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hasselhoff comes to the cage accompanied by Looking for Freedom by David Hasselhoff. Rijkaart comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Iron Maiden - The Trooper kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Man, I cannot wait for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Dirk Hasselhoff! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Jeroen Rijkaart! The judges for this bout are Viktor Lagutenko, Valeri Chadov and Igor Prikhodko.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Hasselhoff closes this distance looking for a takedown but Rijkaart circles away. Rijkaart with a poor takedown and Hasselhoff decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Rijkaart's guard. Hasselhoff stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Rijkaart swivels though and keeps the full guard. Hasselhoff sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Rijkaart's guard. Still in half guard, Hasselhoff seems content to control. Rijkaart actively working from the bottom here. Hasselhoff looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Rijkaart is defending against the submission attempts here by Hasselhoff.
That's one minute gone in the round. Hasselhoff is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Rijkaart looking for submissions from an awkward position here. Rijkaart is looking for a sweep. Hasselhoff is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Rijkaart avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Hasselhoff. Rijkaart wants to improve his position but Hasselhoff is controlling well.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Rijkaart tries to grapple but his opponent circles and Hasselhoff decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Rijkaart's guard. Rijkaart controlling Hasselhoff's posture. Hasselhoff wants to control from the top but Rijkaart keeps moving. Hasselhoff is breathing heavily.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Rijkaart manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
Hasselhoff wants to improve position but instead he's given up his back. Rijkaart has his opponent's back and is working for the choke. Hasselhoff tries to escape the position - he's now mounted. Is that better or worse? Hard to tell! And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Dirk Hasselhoff dominated that round. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Hasselhoff tries for a takedown but Rijkaart circles away easily and Rijkaart counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Hasselhoff! Hasselhoff bucks Rijkaart off and manages to get back to his feet! Rijkaart looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for Hasselhoff! Hasselhoff working to try and regain half guard.
Hasselhoff wants to control but Rijkaart is having none of it. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Rijkaart jumps to the side looking to secure the arm triangle…. Ooooh, that looks tight… Hasselhoff is gargling but he's managed to escape! Nice work there by Hasselhoff and Rijkaart has given up the dominant position trying to land that submission.
That's one minute gone in the round. Rijkaart working away diligently from side control. Landing strikes effectively there - that will score him some points on the judges scorecards.
Hasselhoff tries to buck Rijkaart off but Rijkaart is having none of it. Hasselhoff is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard. Hasselhoff is looking to get back to full guard here but Rijkaart has managed to pass to side control instead.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Hasselhoff is writhing around trying to get back to his feet. Rijkaart tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Rijkaart throwing sloppy strikes, which aren't doing any damage. Rijkaart has hold of Hasselhoff's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Hasselhoff manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.
Rijkaart wants to finish this one by submission but Hasselhoff is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Rijkaart.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Hasselhoff sneaks a leg under to get to half guard. Hasselhoff moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Hasselhoff trying to keep a closed guard but Rijkaart is proving a slippery customer.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Hasselhoff is on top in guard.
Rijkaart keeping moving, preventing Hasselhoff from controlling successfully. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Jeroen Rijkaart showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!
Hasselhoff fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Rijkaart sprawls well initially but Hasselhoff persists and gets the takedown into half guard. Rijkaart is holding on to half guard well. Hasselhoff looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.

That's one minute gone in the round. Rijkaart tries to roll over but Hasselhoff keeps him under control. Rijkaart keeping hold of Hasselhoff's head, controlling as best he can. Hasselhoff seems to be working for a kimura but Rijkaart defends the submission attempt.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Hasselhoff wants to free his trapped foot but Rijkaart is holding on for dear life with his legs. Hasselhoff works his foot free and advances to mount.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Hasselhoff looking to control but Rijkaart is working nicely, looking to advance position himself. Rijkaart tries to hold on but Hasselhoff pushes him away.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Hasselhoff moves to his opponent's back but Rijkaart bucks him off and ends up in guard. A bit of a disaster there for Hasselhoff. Rijkaart wants to control from the top but Hasselhoff keeps moving. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Rijkaart tries to stand but Hasselhoff is controlling from the bottom.
And that's the end of the fight! Dirk Hasselhoff showed his dominance in that final round. I think Hasselhoff has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
