Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Anthony Burgess (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lukasz Korczynski (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Burgess comes to the cage accompanied by travis barker push em. There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 26 - 20 - 3, fighting out of Los Angeles, Anthony Burgess!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 11 - 15 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Lukasz Korczynski!
The judges for this bout are Don Winkell, Frank Antenori and Jack Bonds.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Burgess lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Korczynski backs up against the cage.
Burgess fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Korczynski checks it well.
Korczynski goes for a double leg but Burgess avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Burgess continues to drive forward.
Korczynski can't get the takedown.
Korczynski is trying to push Burgess away but Burgess has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.
Burgess wants to get back to striking at distance but Korczynski won't allow it.
Korczynski throws a head punch that misses.

We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Korczynski has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.

Korczynski throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Burgess's waist but Burgess gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Korczynski off to one side.
