The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McCormick uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Salter.
McCormick steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Salter.
McCormick scoring well with a low kick there.
McCormick misses with a double jab.
Salter lands with a cross.
Salter looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
McCormick misses with a head kick.
McCormick misses with a looping right.
Salter ducks down and throws a hook to the body but McCormick moves away.
Salter throws a combination but it was largely blocked by McCormick.
Salter gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.

McCormick gets in close and instigates a clinch.

An inside leg kick from McCormick misses.
McCormick lands with a nice combination. Salter backs away looking to recover.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

McCormick slips a jab from Salter.

Salter scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.
Good standup being displayed there by McCormick as he connects with a hook.

Salter has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from McCormick.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
McCormick's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Salter connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! McCormick scrambles back to his feet.

Salter scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

McCormick throws a hook to the side of Salter's head but Salter sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.

McCormick does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
Salter has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Salter there as he acknowledges the shot.
Sloppy strikes from McCormick. Those never looked like landing.
McCormick cracks the inside of Salter's front leg.

Radar Salter seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
McCormick takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Salter lands with a nice body punch.

Salter throws out a loose jab but McCormick uses good head movement to avoid it.
McCormick lands a jab-cross combination.

Salter throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
Salter throws a hook but McCormick avoids it easily.
McCormick lands a leg kick that knocks Salter off balance momentarily.
Nice body punch from McCormick.
McCormick misses with a looping left.
Salter lands with a right that hurts McCormick. McCormick looks to clinch but Salter throws a short knee that drops McCormick. This one is all over!

The defeated Christopher McCormick had this to say: 'I'm sorry to my friends and family I came out here and gave it my best the part on a good show and wIn.I know I came up a little short I would love a rematch but will fight anybody I'll be back the next time I'll get The win'.
