The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The fighters circling - Sikio throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Quentcin thows a body shot but no joy.
Quentcin throws a combination. Sikio tries to block but a couple of punches get through.
Quentcin tries a low kick but Sikio avoids it.

Quentcin gets caught flat footed, as Sikio shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
Sikio throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Quentcin works some decent striking defense from the bottom.

Quentcin is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Quentcin is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him.
Sikio trying to control the position from guard on top but Quentcin is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Sikio trying to move into half guard but instead Quentcin has managed to sweep!
Sikio utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
Quentcin has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Quentcin passes Sikio's left leg - he's now in half guard.
Sikio is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
Sikio should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.
