Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Alberto Caesar (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jaddie Defensor (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Defensor looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Defensor swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Defensor throws a solid leg kick but Caesar takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Defensor.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Caesar closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Defensor did well to prevent Caesar getting side control.
Caesar seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.

The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Caesar cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
Caesar has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Caesar drops a big elbow. That's hurt Defensor! More shots from Caesar and the ref steps in! The fight is over!
