Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Carl Walther (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Graham Goddard (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Walther's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Judith by A Perfect Circle. The crowd seem to be enjoying Goddard's choice of entrance music: Recipe for Bait. Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Carl Walther! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Graham Goddard! The judges for this bout are John Kavanagh, Bruno Lombardi and John Roberts.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Walther scores with a leg kick.
Walther shoots in for a takedown but Goddard shows good takedown defense. Walther tries to land a front kick but Goddard steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed. Goddard fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Walther sprawls well initially but Goddard persists and gets the takedown into half guard. The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring. Walther is defending against the submission attempts here by Goddard.
Goddard takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists. Walther wants to get back to full guard. Walther trying to control from the bottom.
Walther is trying to get back to full guard. Walther moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard. Goddard slips nicely into half guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Goddard working Walther over with strikes. Walther knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Goddard on the ground. Goddard sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Walther defending well though. Goddard trying to pass the guard but Walther defending well. Walther wants to control but Goddard passes into side.
Walther is positioning himself to get back to half guard. Goddard thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead. Goddard prevents Walther from escaping the position. Goddard cracks Walther with a big right hand but Walther just smiles back at him and invites him to have another go.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Walther is positioning himself to get back to half guard. Walther is trying to get back to his feet. Walther is trying to get back to half guard. Goddard tries to advance to mount but can't. You can see the frustration on Walther's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. Walther looks to move to half guard but instead Goddard has passed into mount! Damn! Goddard is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Walther can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.
Goddard lands a big elbow.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Walther tries to reverse the position but Goddard maintains control. Goddard avoids the attempt from Walther to control. The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves. Walther can't escape the position.
A nice elbow there by Goddard. Walther tries to lock up and control but Goddard gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away. Walther is breathing heavily. Walther working to try and regain half guard.
Goddard breaks from Walther's wrist control and lands an elbow. Walther taking shots to the head.
It looks like Carl Walther has been cut. Goddard is in the full mount, landing strikes.
Walther is rocked! Goddard working for a submission but Walther is keeping him at bay. Oh Walther is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Goddard is working for a guillotine from mount but Walther frees his head quite easily.
Walther seems to have got his legs back now. Walther really trying hard to get back to half guard here.
Walther defends a decent attempt at a guillotine from Goddard. Goddard prevents Walther from getting the reversal. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Walther tries to hold on but Goddard pushes him away. Goddard jumps to side control looking for an arm triangle but Walther manages to avoid the submission attempt. Who's going to make the next move? And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Graham Goddard dominated that round. The cut man is working on Carl Walther's cut. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
Walther misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Goddard lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected. Walther fakes the leg kick and cracks Goddard in the body. Walther misses with a head kick.
Goddard blocks a head kick by Walther.
Good leg kick by Walther there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Walther throws a head kick that misses. Walther tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Walther slips under a jab from Goddard. Walther lands with a thumping leg kick.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Walther tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Walther lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
Walther shoots in but no luck this time. Goddard clinches.
That's one minute gone in the round. Walther with the Thai clinch. He's looking to land a big knee but he's not managed it this time.
Walther using the Thai plumb to throw knees but Goddard has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.
Goddard misses with a punch to the body.
Goddard wants the takedown. Walther is fighting it off but Goddard persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Walther's guard against the ropes. Goddard drops back looking for a leg! Walther is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Walther manages to kick Goddard off! Goddard jumps back into Walther's guard. Goddard advances to half guard. Goddard prevents Walther from improving his position. Walther trying to hold on to Goddard's head to control him but Goddard postures up.
Goddard takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists. Goddard seems like he's working for an arm triangle here. He's freed his trapped foot and he's rotating nicely. Walther is in big trouble! He's tapping out! This one is aaaaaaaaaaaall over!
