Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Tito Ortiz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Anders Ohlsson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ortiz comes to the ring accompanied by Mosh By Eminem. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Tito Ortiz! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Anders Ohlsson! The judges for this bout are Chris Downing, Cecil Peabody and George Francis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A combination from Ohlsson does no damage. Ortiz changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Ohlsson tries to avoid it but Ortiz manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Ohlsson to the ground. Ohlsson escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Ohlsson throws a head kick but Ortiz moves out of range.
Ortiz keeps the fight on the outside. Ortiz gets a takedown into half guard. The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Ortiz lands a nice short elbow. Ortiz thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Ohlsson's head. Ortiz scoring with strikes to the body and head. Ohlsson tries to kick Ortiz off but Ortiz keeps his base steady and stays in half guard. Ortiz drops an elbow to the side of Ohlsson's head. Ortiz wants to control but Ohlsson is keeping him busy. Ortiz lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears. Ortiz is thwarting Ohlsson's attempts to control the position. Ortiz controlling the pace. Ortiz drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Ohlsson gets the underhooks and prevents it.

Ohlsson lands with a nice body kick. Tito Ortiz seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Ortiz is breathing heavily. Ortiz shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Ortiz showed some decent athleticism there. Ortiz is looking for a kimura but Ohlsson is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Ortiz to get the leverage. Ohlsson is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. Ortiz is looking to stall here but Ohlsson recovers full guard. Ohlsson is trying to control the position from the bottom.

Tito Ortiz is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Ortiz misses with a takedown enabling Ohlsson to counter with a crisp jab. Ortiz feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position. There's a bit of a scramble here and now Ohlsson is on top in guard.

Ortiz had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Ohlsson is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Ortiz Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Ohlsson's back instead. Ohlsson looking very determined here, making life difficult for Ortiz.

Both of our modern day gladiators look out of it here - an gruelling 5 rounds of action taking it's toll on them, no doubt. And that's the end of the fight! I would just about give that final round to Anders Ohlsson. Well Ohlsson has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today.
