Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Florencio Nolan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and George Giorgio (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that George Giorgio was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Florencio Nolan!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, George Giorgio!
The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, and Don Winkell.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
An inside leg kick from Giorgio misses.
Nolan shoots for a takedown but Giorgio saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.

Giorgio takes the fight into the clinch.
Nolan slowing the pace effectively.
Nolan really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Good anti-grappling being displayed by Giorgio as Nolan tries to tie him up.
Nolan fails to pull guard.

Giorgio successfully pulls guard.

Giorgio looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Giorgio looking for a sweep. Not yet Giorgio, not yet.

Giorgio looking for a guillotine here but Nolan defends easily.
Giorgio wants to get back to his feet but Nolan is in a dominant position and won't allow it.
Nolan wants to stand but Giorgio has a closed guard, so he can't escape.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Giorgio manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
Giorgio looking to control and managing it successfully.
Giorgio pushing the pace here, looking to move to his opponents back and work for a finish.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Giorgio tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Nolan is controlling an arm, preventing Giorgio from taking his back. Although keeping him in mount is no better to be honest.
Nolan's corner are shouting for him to stand up but that's bad cornering - how is he meant to stand up when he's mounted? He should be looking to improve his position on the ground before trying to stand back up.
Nolan trying desperately to get back to his feet here but he's not having any joy at all. He's going to tire himself out if he's not careful.
Nolan is bucking up trying to escape but Giorgio cracks him with another couple of good strikes.

Giorgio scores with a couple of good head shots there.


Nolan is rocked!
Giorgio is landing with some decent strikes but Nolan is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue.
Oh Nolan is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Giorgio looking to finish here with some ground and pound. He lands one big shot that has Nolan covering up... and two more big strikes land, forcing the referee to step in and put and end to proceedings! This fight is all over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:28 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). George Giorgio!
