Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Shaun Prickett (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Vladimir Dracula (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Prickett comes to the cage accompanied by Dignity by Deacon Blue. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Shaun Prickett! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Vladimir Dracula! The judges for this bout are Viktor Lagutenko, Valeri Chadov and Vladimir Khabensky.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A big left from Dracula misses. Dracula lands a really nice looking cross but Prickett seems unphased.
Dracula will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.
Prickett fails to land the takedown. Prickett fails to land the takedown. Dracula stuffs the takedown. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Shaun Prickett. That's going to take a lot out of him. Dracula lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Dracula. Prickett shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Prickett tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Dracula paws at him with a jab and circles away. Dracula misses with a takedown attempt - Prickett sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. Prickett stuffs the takedown attempt from Dracula. Dracula gets slowly back to his feet. Dracula closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Prickett did well to prevent Dracula getting side control.
That's one minute gone in the round. The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up. Dracula is looking to advance position but Prickett won't allow it. Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Dracula in particular looking to stall. Prickett taking some punishment here, with Dracula in his half guard. Prickett striking from the bottom. Dracula decides to stand up. Dracula shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Prickett sprawls well. Prickett wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Dracula gets slowly back to his feet. Dracula throws a chopping leg kick but Prickett manages to avoid taking any serious damage. Dracula fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Prickett shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Dracula defends it nicely. Prickett tries to land a leg kick but Dracula saw it coming and moves away.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A cross from Prickett lands. Prickett misses with a takedown attempt - Dracula sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. A leg kick checked by Dracula. Dracula is looking to chop away at Prickett's legs. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Nice body punch from Dracula. Prickett seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym. Prickett shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Prickett leaves Dracula with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. Prickett misses with a double jab.
Dracula closes this distance looking for a takedown but Prickett circles away. Dracula takes a shot right to the bread basket. Dracula scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!
It looks like Shaun Prickett has been cut. Dracula looks winded!
That's three minutes gone in the round. Prickett throws a series of punches but Dracula moves out of range. Prickett checks a leg kick. Dracula moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination. Prickett shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Dracula napping and manages to drive through into side control! Dracula manages to get back to half guard. Dracula is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Prickett prevents Dracula from standing back up.
Prickett is looking for a kimura but Dracula is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Prickett to get the leverage. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Dracula kicks Prickett off and gets back to his feet.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Dracula misses with a series of wild punches.
Prickett wants to clinch but Dracula slips to the side and Dracula counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body. Prickett scores with a takedown into Dracula's guard. Prickett seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up. Dracula has managed to wall walk up one of the corner posts to get back to his feet. Prickett is pushing him up against the cage, looking to control the position. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Prickett has hold of one of Dracula's legs. Dracula is fighting the takedown attempt but Prickett gets the trip and lands the takedown into guard. Dracula lands a beautiful sweep and he's now moved into his opponent's guard. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Vladimir Dracula dominated that round. The cut man is working on Shaun Prickett's cut. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Prickett tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Dracula manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. Prickett shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Dracula but Dracula pushes him off and we're back to square one. The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now. Dracula misses with a straight left. A shot to the liver by Prickett. Beautiful body shot. Prickett blocks a jab. Dracula cracks Prickett with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd. Dracula fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Prickett avoids it really well and circles away. Dracula fails with a takedown attempt. Prickett closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Prickett lands in his opponent's guard. Dracula is breathing heavily. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Dracula is adopting a defensive guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Prickett won't allow Dracula to get back to his feet. Dracula looking to hit a scissor sweep but Prickett is one step ahead there. Dracula pulls Prickett in close to prevent any damage. Dracula wants to stand up but Prickett is controlling him.

Dracula dumps his opponent to the mat with a thud and settles into half guard. Prickett wants to get back to full guard. Prickett trying to control from the bottom.
Dracula working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that. Prickett on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Prickett tries to get out of the position. Dracula is trying to control. Prickett wants to improve his position but can't escape this time. Prickett is looking to escape. Prickett won't allow Dracula to pass to mount. Prickett is trying to control but Dracula passes into side control!
Dracula wants to lay and pray for a moment but Prickett keeps working. Prickett is being controlled here. We've been informed that Dracula has been working hard on his conditioning in the buildup to the fight.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Prickett struggling a bit here. Dracula tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Dracula has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought! We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Dracula is looking to take a break and control but Prickett is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Prickett is positioning himself to get back to half guard. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Prickett tries to escape but Dracula is in control. Prickett tries to strike but it doesn't land. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Dracula pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Prickett back to the cage. Dracula follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver. Prickett shoots in for a takedown but Dracula shows good takedown defense. Dracula throws a body punch but Prickett moves out of range. Sloppy strikes from Dracula. Those never looked like landing. Dracula decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard. Dracula is working hard to pass the guard. He's done it - he's now in full mount! Trouble for Prickett! Dracula trying to control but he's not successful this time. Prickett really wants to buck Dracula off and get back to his feet. Dracula cracks Prickett with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Prickett takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Dracula fakes a shot to the body and cracks his opponent in the head. Nice ground and pound there!
Both fighters are breathing heavily. Dracula controlling from mount.
That's one minute gone in the round. Dracula wants to control the pace but Prickett is squirming around nicely. Prickett knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Dracula on the ground. Dracula sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment. Prickett tries to reverse the position but Dracula maintains control.
The ref stands the fighters back up. Vladimir Dracula was stalling too much, according to the referee. Prickett fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Prickett wants to clinch. A slapping leg kick lands for Dracula.
Dracula closes this distance looking for a takedown but Prickett circles away. Dracula throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Prickett. Prickett drives through and clinches with Dracula against the cage.
Prickett breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

Prickett feints and as Dracula raises his hands in defense, Prickett changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Dracula seems keen to control Prickett's posture.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Dracula pushes Prickett off and scrambles back to his feet.
Prickett tries to clinch but Dracula is having none of it. Prickett looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Dracula is fending him off so far but Prickett persists. Nope, Dracula circles away and we're back to standing. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Shaun Prickett. That's going to take a lot out of him. Prickett is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Dracula shoots in and gets a takedown into Prickett's guard. Dracula wants to control from the top but Prickett keeps moving. Dracula makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard. Dracula landing some decent shots from guard. Prickett keeping moving, preventing Dracula from controlling successfully.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Dracula won't allow Prickett to sweep him here. Dracula landing with the ground and pound. Dracula is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long. Vladimir Dracula has got the better of the ground game so far. Dracula trying to control but Prickett is working from the bottom. Shaun Prickett has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Dracula content to stall in guard here. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
The ref calls for a clean break and stands the fighters back up. Vladimir Dracula wasn't active enough on the ground. Dracula changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Prickett tries to avoid it but Dracula manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Prickett to the ground. Prickett escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
And that's the end of the fight! Vladimir Dracula comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I've got Dracula winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
