Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Ricardo Gracie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mk Ultra (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ultra is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Big Bad - Satriani. Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Andrew Berry, Colin Fotheringham and Sam Margolis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A clash of legs there as Ultra blocks the low kick.

so Gracie counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.
Gracie wants to pass the guard but Ultra is keeping the position.
Ultra is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.
Ultra has been taking part in the yoga sessions down at GTi 888. Presumably he's going to look for a slick submission... Or maybe he's looking to avoid one.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Gracie is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Ultra to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Ultra shrugs it off.

We've been hearing that Gracie has been drilling a lot of ground and pound in training, so let's see if he get the finish.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
