Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Ricardo Gracie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mk Ultra (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ultra is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Big Bad - Satriani. Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
27 - 8 - 1, fighting out of London, Ricardo Gracie! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
42 - 20 - 2, fighting out of Amsterdam, Mk Ultra! The judges for this bout are Andrew Berry, Colin Fotheringham and Sam Margolis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A clash of legs there as Ultra blocks the low kick. Gracie misses with a right hand and Ultra counters with a left to the body. Gracie misses the shot to the body. Ultra misses with a hook to the body
so Gracie counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility. Gracie wants to pass the guard but Ultra is keeping the position. Ultra is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far. Ultra has been taking part in the yoga sessions down at GTi 888. Presumably he's going to look for a slick submission... Or maybe he's looking to avoid one. Gracie wants to pass the guard but Ultra is keeping the position. Gracie trying to pass the guard. He's being very persistent here but Ultra manages to land a sweep and now he's on top! Ultra with a flurry of punches that miss. Gracie is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
That's one minute gone in the round. There's a bit of a scramble here and now Gracie is on top in guard.
Gracie trying to control but Ultra is working from the bottom. Gracie lands a couple of decent looking shots. Gracie is working Ultra over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes. Ultra controlling Gracie's posture. Ultra wants to stand and escape but Gracie is having none of it. Gracie is standing up over Ultra. Ultra looks to escape but Gracie dives into side control.
Ultra tries to bench press Gracie off him but Gracie keeps the position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Gracie creates a bit of distance and throws down some hard shots. Ultra tries to get back to half guard but can't. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Gracie throws a knee to the body but it doesn't do much damage. Gracie advances to mount. Gracie landing punches. Ultra can't escape the position.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Gracie is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Ultra to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Ultra shrugs it off. Gracie landing punches. We've been hearing that Gracie has been drilling a lot of ground and pound in training, so let's see if he get the finish. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Gracie is in the full mount, landing strikes. Gracie has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Gracie working the ground and pound effectively.
Ultra is desperately trying to improve his position but Gracie has a good base and remains in mount. Ultra is writhing around trying to get back to his feet. Gracie lands with some strikes. Gracie raining down hammerfists from mount. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Ultra is flailing around like a fish out of water, trying to land strikes. Ultra wants to try and get back to his feet. Ultra keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.

Gracie looking to finish Ultra with some ground and pound. This is bad for Ultra! Gracie lands a big shot there that rocks Ultra but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.
Ultra is rocked! Gracie with good strikes from the mount here! Ultra is still in real trouble! Can Gracie finish him? Gracie connects with a couple of good shots from mount.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Gracie unloading with bombs! Ultra takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position. Oooh a big shot lands for Gracie! Ultra is out! The ref dives in to save him from more punishment!
