The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Gotti takes one to the chin there.

and Jameson counters with a body kick that brings a smile to the face of both fighters.

Gotti fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Jameson manages to avoid it.
A solid leg kick lands there for Jameson.
Jameson paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
Gotti misses with a few strikes there.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Jameson lands with a kick to the ribs.

Jameson keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
Gotti on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
Gotti tries to bum rush Jameson with a series of wild strikes but Jameson uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Gotti's leg has a nasty welt from taking a succession of leg kicks. That must be slowing him down.
Gotti takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.
A solid leg kick lands there for Jameson.

Gotti moves forwards but Jameson connects with a nice, crisp jab.

Gotti throws a series of punches but Jameson avoids them all with ease.

and Jameson counters with a nice kick to the body.
Jameson lands a big head kick that sends Gotti tumbling to the mat! Jameson takes a step backwards and waves Gotti back to his feet - he wants the finish!
Gotti is rocked!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Gotti has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Gotti there as he acknowledges the shot.
Gotti is still on wobbly legs! Can Jameson finish him?
Jameson drops Gotti with a big left hand! Gotti is injured, injured bad! Jameson jumps in and finished him with strikes! The fight is over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:59 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). James Jameson!
After the fight, James Jameson was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
