Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Stowall Jackson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Gunnar Ludvik (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Stowall Jackson! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
4 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Gunnar Ludvik! The judges for this bout are Radbod Blank, Patrick Alders and Daniel Blasius.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Ludvik shoots in for a takedown but Jackson shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. Ludvik takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Ludvik fails with the takedown. Ludvik tries to clinch there but Jackson circles away.

We've been told by Jackson's head coaches at Xtreme Fight Club (best in Amsterdam) that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight. Ludvik shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Jackson as he jumps to the side. Stowall Jackson has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Gunnar Ludvik. Ludvik shoots for a double leg takedown but Jackson sprawls well. He's pushed Ludvik's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Ludvik gets the takedown into side control. Jackson is trying to get back to his feet. Jackson dodges the ground and pound from Ludvik. Jackson tries to escape but Ludvik is in control. Ludvik tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Ludvik has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought! The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Jackson wants to get back to his feet. Ludvik thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
That's one minute gone in the round. Jackson wants to get back to his feet but Ludvik drags him back down. Ludvik looking to punish the body of his opponent here but Jackson is avoiding damage well.

Ludvik wants to lay and pray for a moment but Jackson keeps working. Ludvik prevents Jackson from escaping the position. Jackson knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Ludvik on the ground. Ludvik has hold of Jackson's arm here. He's working for an Americana. It looks like he might have it! Jackson tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Ludvik cranks the arm and Jackson screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Jackson, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:58 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Americana). Gunnar Ludvik! Our winner, Gunnar Ludvik, made sure he spent some time buttering up the crowd during his post fight interview, which will no doubt bring him a few more fans.
